Also, a flat panel detector for receiving X-ray that has transmitted through an object to be examined, outputting an X-ray image, image memorizing means for memorizing said X-ray image, display means for displaying the X-ray image, a console for sending a start signal to read out the image and sending the threshold for extraction of the particular pixels to which readout with no recording is performed, readout control means for controlling readout of the image data of the flat panel detector 11, previous image memorizing means for memorizing image data of the previous image of the flat panel detector and overwriting image data of the particular pixels to which readout with no recording has been performed, and readout address determining means for extracting the particular pixels according to said threshold within image data of previous image memorizing means and determining its address are comprised to obtain an image having no artifact. And readout control means controls readout of the flat panel detector so as to perform readout with no recording only to the particular pixels of which the address is determined.

    摘要: A method of smoothly processing a surface of crystal material, particularly a quartz crystal, to attain a good surface roughness and degree of eveness without substantial hillocks or micro-projections, without performing grinding or polishing processing. After lapping the surface of the crystal material, the lapped surface is etched with hydrofluoric acid. Finish etching is performed on the crystal material by buffer hydrofluoric acid as needed. In the manufacture of a crystal piece used in a crystal device, after the crystal wafer cut out from the rough crystal stone to the specified thickness is lapped, it is roughly etched to the desired thickness by hydrofluoric acid. Then, after ultrasonic washing by pure water, the crystal wafer is processed to the desired high quality of surface roughness, level of smoothness and thickness. The surface processing can be performed more easily, in less time, and with less labor than conventional methods, the cost is decreased, and productivity rises. In the manufacture of crystal resonator pieces, a rise in yield can be achieved.

    摘要: A data storage device includes a memory for storing fixed-form data such as schedule data and a memory for storing handwriting memory data. When a particular key is operated when a schedule is displayed, a memorandum input screen is opened on the display. The user is able to input memorandum data by handwriting on the input screen or read-out and display already stored memorandum data on the input screen. By operating a key displayed on the input screen, the written or read-out memory data can be stuck as a memorandum to the displayed schedule or its date.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an optical disk and a method of manufacturing the same, and, more particularly, to an optical disk which can ensure high-density recording and a method of pre-formatting this optical disk. This optical disk has a surface on which data is retrieved with a focused light beam and a light beam spot of a predetermined size is formed by the focused light beam, and comprises a first pit group having a plurality of unit pits of a unit pit length arranged in such a manner that adjoining unit pits are separated from each other with a blank of a first blank length, the blank being smaller than a size of the beam spot, the first blank length being set shorter than the unit pit length, and a second pit group following the first pit group and having a plurality of data pits whose lengths are substantially integer multiples of the unit pit length, the data pits being separated from one another with a blank of a second blank length.
