摘要: A medical temperature monitoring system includes an electrical wire set having a thermistor at a distal end of the wire set configured to sense temperatures to which the thermistor is exposed; an electronic circuit in electrical communication with the wire set and the thermistor and configured to convert the temperatures sensed by the thermistor to temperature display signals; a display in electrical communication with the electronic circuit for receiving the temperature display signals and displaying temperatures corresponding to the temperature display signals; and a bead of cured protective material encapsulating the thermistor. The protective material is a radiation curable adhesive applied to the thermistor in an uncured state and then cured to encapsulate the thermistor. The bead of cured protective material electrically isolates the conductor sufficient to pass a Hi-Pot test at 500 VAC,

摘要: A charging device for a physiological signal transmitter used to receive a physiological signal from the subcutaneous tissue of a living body and having a first electrical connecting port is disclosed. The charging device includes a transmitter placing seat and a charging module. The transmitter placing seat includes a bearing surface for placing the physiological signal transmitter and an opening configured to align with the first electrical connection port of the physiological signal transmitter. The charging module includes a second electrical connecting port, a third electrical connecting port, a circuit assembly and a control module. The second electrical connecting port is disposed in the opening, and driven to move between a first position and a second position. The third electrical connecting port connects to a power source.

摘要: To capture more emitted photons with a Compton camera, the scatter detector is tilted (non-orthogonal angle) relative to a radial from the isocenter of the imaging system. The tilt creates a greater volume for scatter interaction. To capture more scatter photons, the catcher detector is non-planar, such as a multi-faced detector at least partially surrounding a volume behind the scatter detector. The tilted scatter detector alone, the non-planar catcher detector alone, or the tilted scatter detector and the non-planar catcher detector are used in the Compton camera.

摘要: A pulse sensor is capable of measuring a pulse rate of a wearer at a peripheral artery. In an embodiment, the pulse sensor includes a magnet supported to move responsive to an arterial pulse and a magnetometer configured to detect changes in a magnetic field produced by the magnet. The magnet may include a plurality of ferromagnetic particles disposed in or on a flexible substrate configured to be held adjacent to human skin subject to arterial palpation and a magnetic sensor configured to sense movement of the ferromagnetic particles. A system and method may measure hydration includes using a pulse sensor to measure pulse rate and modulation. The wearer is prompted when the pulse rate and pulse modulation indicate a response to dehydration of the wearer.

In some embodiments, there is provided a temperature screening system that screens a body temperature of a human including a housing comprising an output interface; one or more first sensors; a temperature sensor; and a control circuit configured to: cause the output interface to provide one or more messages; receive the one or more user inputs indicative of responses to at least one of the one or more messages; receive temperature data corresponding to the body temperature; determine whether the human meets a health criteria; and transmit a control signal indicative of the human meeting the health criteria in response to the human meeting the health criteria.
