The pump (8) includes a partition wall (84) configured to divide the interior of a body into two spaces, a first chamber (C1) located under the partition wall (84), the first chamber (C1) having an introduction portion (841), through which water is introduced, a second chamber (C2) located above the partition wall (84), the second chamber (C2) having a discharge portion (849), through which water is discharged, a communication hole (86) formed through the partition wall (84) to allow the first chamber (C1) and the second chamber (C2) to communicate with each other therethrough, an impeller (85) provided in the second chamber (C2) to move water to the discharge portion (849), a housing configured to define the bottom surface of the first chamber (C1), the housing being made of a conductor, a heater (H) configured to heat the housing (81), and a steam discharge (843) port formed through the first chamber (C1) to allow steam to be discharged therethrough.

摘要: A vacuum pump is provided, which is capable of preventing a water cooling spacer, which is one component of a casing, from being damaged by destruction of an interior component. The vacuum pump includes a casing having an inlet port, a stator column provided upright inside the casing, and a rotating body shaped to surround an outer periphery of the stator column, with gas being sucked in from the inlet port by rotation of the rotating body, wherein the casing is composed of a plurality of components including a water cooling spacer having a water cooling pipe disposed therein, and the water cooling spacer is made of an aluminum alloy casting material having an elongation of 5% or more as a mechanical material property.

摘要: A compressor includes a drive motor and a wind wheel, wherein the drive motor includes a casing and a rotor, the rotor being rotatably arranged within the casing; the wind wheel is mounted at a first axial end of the rotor. A thrust disc is also provided at the first axial end of the rotor. An axial bearing assembly is arranged between the thrust disc and the wind wheel, and the axial bearing assembly is arranged fixedly with respect to the casing. A first air gap is formed between a first end of the axial bearing assembly and the wind wheel, and a second air gap is formed between a second end of the axial bearing assembly and the thrust disc. The air compressor reduces a tolerance accumulation caused by part cooperation between axial bearing assemblies, and more precisely ensures effective working clearances.

摘要: An e-charger includes a motor case that encases the motor and an outer housing that houses the motor case. The e-charger additionally includes a cooling system with passages cooperatively defined by the outer housing and the motor case. First and second longitudinal passages extend between the first and second ends of the motor, and a second longitudinal passage extends between the second and first ends of the motor. The end passage fluidly connects the first and second longitudinal passage. The cooling system is configured for directing flow of the coolant from the inlet, through the first longitudinal passage in a first longitudinal direction with respect to the axis, through the end passage, and back through the second longitudinal passage in a second longitudinal direction with respect to the axis.

摘要: A motor assembly having a rotational axis includes a motor housing comprising a plurality of cooling openings extending therethrough and defining a chamber. The motor assembly also includes a stator fixedly coupled to the motor housing and positioned within the chamber. A rotor is coupled to at least one of the motor housing and the stator, wherein the rotor is configured to rotate about the axis and is positioned within the chamber. The motor assembly includes a fan having a first inlet side on a first axial side of the fan and a second inlet side on a second, opposing, axial side of the fan. The fan is configured to draw cooling air in a first direction through the at least one cooling opening into the first inlet side, and the fan is also configured to draw cooling air in a second, opposite direction into the second inlet side.
