Abstract:
The present description relates to a method in which a terminal in an idle mode performs network reentry in a wireless access system, wherein the method comprises: a step of receiving, from a base station, control information containing a first parameter and a second parameter for determining a frame in which uplink ranging is to be performed; and a step of performing uplink ranging for network reentry with the base station on the basis of the control information, wherein the first parameter indicates the location of a superframe in which uplink ranging is to be performed, and the second parameter indicates the frame duration in the superframe which is indicated by the first parameter and in which uplink ranging is performed.
Abstract:
Topology input is used to identify a set of data flows as between a set of virtual machines (VMs), as well as one or more network services for one or more of the data flows. A determination is made as to a minimal number of network service virtual machines (NSVMs) for use in providing the one or more network services. An arrangement is determined for server resources and network resources of the data center network on which a virtual network topology is provided for the tenant, including the set of VMs and the number of NSVMs.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of sequencing character information in order to increase precision of character recognition. The method includes: a pre-processing that extracts character information from an image to binarize the extracted character information through a predetermined threshold and extracts and thins a center line of the binarized character information; normalizing the pre-processed character information to character information according to a predetermined criteria; and sequencing the normalized character information using structural features including an end point or a divergence point of the character information. The present invention suggests an angle normalization method of input character information, a structural feature position determining method, and a structural feature numeral string generating method to strongly recognize characters configured by various fonts obtained from a natural scene regardless of an angle or a size of the characters.
