摘要: The present invention relates to catalyzed soot filter comprising a porous wall flow substrate, a catalyst for selective catalytic reduction (SCR), a palladium component, and a platinum component, the wall flow substrate comprising an inlet end, an outlet end, a substrate axial length extending between the inlet end and the outlet end, and a plurality of channels defined by internal walls of the wall flow substrate, wherein the plurality of channels comprise inlet channels having an open inlet end and a closed outlet end, and outlet channels having a closed inlet end and an open outlet end, and the SCR catalyst is provided on the entire surface of the inlet channel walls and on at least a portion of the surface of the pores within the channel walls underneath the surface of the channel walls coated with the SCR catalyst.

摘要: A highly practical SCR catalyst excellent in NOx purification performance is provided. The SCR catalyst includes a blend of an aluminosilicate molecular sieve that has supported thereon copper as an extra-framework metal and that has a CHA framework, and a silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve that has a CHA framework, and is adapted to perform selective catalytic reduction of NOx. In the SCR catalyst, the silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve and the aluminosilicate molecular sieve contain silicoaluminophosphate and aluminosilicate, respectively, in a molar ratio of silicoaluminophosphate:aluminosilicate of 0.1:1.0 to 0.4:1.0.

摘要: Zeolites having CHA framework structure and a composition comprising the molar ratio (n SiO2): X203, wherein X is a trivalent element, and wherein n is at least 10, wherein the crystal size, as determined from Scanning Electron Microscopy, is greater than 1 micrometer and wherein the chabazite framework is phase-pure having an impurity of other zeolitic frameworks, such as RUT 25 as determined by X-ray Diffraction, of less than 5%. The process for the preparation comprises:(i) preparation of an aqueous solution containing at least one source for X203 , wherein X is selected from Al, B, Ga, and a mixture of two or more, and at least one source for SiO2, at least one organic structure directing agent (SDA) other than Tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAOH), acting as a template for the CHA structure, and Tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAOH), wherein the SDA or mixtures thereof are employed in such amounts that the aqueous solution in (i) exhibits a molar ratio of SDA : TMAOH of 0.01 to 5;(ii) hydrothermal crystallization of the aqueous solution according to (i); wherein the aqueous solution of (i) contains copper in an amount less than 0.005 Cu:((n YO2)+X203) where n is in the range of 10 to 50.

摘要: Described are exhaust gas treatment systems for treatment of a gasoline engine exhaust gas stream containing NOx, particulate matter, and sulfur. The exhaust gas treatment system comprises: one or more catalytic articles selected from a three-way conversion catalyst (TWC), a lean NOx trap (LNT), and an integrated LNT-TWC; a platinum-containing catalytic article downstream from the one or more catalytic articles; and one or more selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalytic articles immediately downstream from the platinum-containing catalytic article, the one or more SCR catalytic articles including a molecular sieve. The system stabilizes the SCR catalytic article from poisoning by sulfur.
