    摘要: A replenisher which is capable of supplying Zr ions to a metal surface treatment solution, while suppressing an increase in the HF concentration in the metal surface treatment solution, so that a chemical conversion coating film can be continuously formed on a steel sheet by electrolysis and contains (A) zirconium hydrofluoric acid or a salt thereof and/or (B) hydrofluoric acid or a salt thereof and (C) a fluorine-free zirconium compound. The total concentration (g/l) of zirconium ions derived from the components (A) and (C) is 20 or more, and the ratio of the total molar amount (MF) of the fluorine ions derived from the components (A) and (B) relative to the total molar amount (MZr) of the zirconium ions derived from the components (A) and (C), namely MF/MZr is 0.01 or more but less than 4.00.

    摘要: In a powder coating apparatus a pulse signal S2 of a low voltage generated by a pulse signal generation circuit (7) is boosted to a high voltage by means of a high voltage impression circuit (8), so that it is impressed upon corona electrodes (5). As a result, a corona discharge is intermittently generated from the corona electrodes (5) toward an object to be coated, whereby powder coating material sprayed from a nozzle opening of a gun main body in a forward direction is charged with negative ions developed by the corona discharge, whereafter it is directed toward the object to be coated, and is deposited on a surface of the object.

A sintered copper alloy material is processed using a selective chemical etching solution containing a compound of one kind or more selected from the group of consisting of peroxide, peroxocompound, chromic acid and permanganic acid and a compound of one kind or more selected from the group of consisting of phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, zirconic hydrofluoric acid, titanic hydrofluoric acid, titanic acid, molybdic acid, tungstic acid, vanadic acid, niobic acid, and organic chelating agent. Thereafter, a lubricating skin is on the surface of the processed material.

    摘要: The present invention is to provide a method for treating sludge as a by-product of a process of tin electroplating a steel plate by means of a plating bath containing haloid ions, together with an equipment therefor. More specifically, by immersing the sludge in water prior to filtration, the residual sludge is subjected to alkali hydrolysis in the presence or absence of the ions of an alkali earth metal within a temperature range of 100.degree. to 400.degree. C., whereby cyanide compounds and fluoride compounds contained therein under environmental regulations are prepared into environmentally non-hazardous matters. By adjusting the filtrate to pH 7.5 to 10, the precipitate with the principal component of tin hydroxide is deposited to recover the tin components contained in the sludge. Furthermore, the recovered tin is refined into the metal tin, for recycling and use as the electrode by the plating.
