Disclosed is a composite in which an aluminum-plated steel sheet and a resin are securely and integrally joined together, as well as a corrosion resistant steel sheet. Through chemical etching the aluminum-plated steel sheet is caused to have a surface configuration, in which three-dimensional protrusions having pebble-like shapes with a diameter of at least about 0.3 μm or having irregular shapes with a minor diameter of at least 0.3 μm and a major diameter of at least several microns are scattered over a plain-like part, where 30 to 50% of the surface area of the plain-like part is accounted for by a portion covered with shallow recesses having a diameter of 20 to 50 nm in a state of being distributed adjacent to each other. The surface of the three-dimensional protrusions is mainly ceramic containing silicon and the flat part is mainly a ceramic containing aluminum. The steel is heated and welded under pressure to a resin composition, injection joining is performed or adhesion joining with another adherend is performed with a resin-based adhesive. Coating with a corrosion resistant material can also be performed.

A method of manufacturing a metal-plastic hybrid heat exchanger including the steps of providing a plurality of metallic fins, providing a plastic tank with a melting point above a predetermined temperature and having a header plate that includes a plurality slots, and providing a plurality of plastic tubes with a melting point above the predetermined temperature. The plastic tubes are inserted into the corresponding slots of the plastic tank to form an assembly. The metal fins are inserted between the plastic tubes of the assembly. A thermoplastic adhesive is applied onto the mating surfaces of the metal fins and the plastic tubes, and onto mating surfaces of the slots and the plastic tubes of the assembly. The metal plastic heat exchanger assembly is then heated with infrared radiation to the predetermined temperature to cure the thermoplastic adhesive, thereby bonding the metal fins and the slotted headers to the tubes.

The present invention discloses a flat panel display package method. Firstly, a flat panel display and an electronic baseplate are prepared; the electronic baseplate is assembled to the flat panel display to provide a driving signal for the flat panel display and form a display module, and the display module defines a module package plane. Next, a first package film and a second package film are respectively provided for the flat panel display and electronic baseplate; the first package film and the second package film both outside the module package plane are respectively defined to be a first join region and a second join region. Next, a hot-pressing machine is used to apply a hot-pressing temperature and a hot-pressing pressure to the first and second join regions and seal them airtightly. Thereby, the present invention can prevent external humidity entering and damaging the flat panel display and the electronic baseplate.
