摘要: A method and apparatus comprising a sol-gel solution. Zirconium n-propoxide is aged in a solvent to form a first part for the sol-gel solution. The first part is combined with deionized water to form a second part for the sol-gel solution. Aminoaryltrialkoxysilane is combined with an alcohol to form a third part for the sol-gel solution. The third part is combined with the second part to form a mixture for the sol-gel solution. The deionized water, or the alcohol, or a combination thereof is combined with the mixture to form a solution. The solution is aged to form the sol-gel solution comprising a mole balance ratio of approximately 1:5 between the zirconium n-propoxide and the aminoaryltrialkoxysilane.

摘要: A bonded structure is made of a first member and a second member which are bonded to each other. At least one bore having an opening is formed in a surface of the first member, and the second member is filled in the bore of the first member. The bore is defined by a diameter-increasing portion whose opening size increases in a depth direction from a surface side toward a bottom of the first member, and a first diameter-decreasing portion whose opening size decreases in the depth direction from the surface side toward the bottom. The diameter-increasing portion is formed on the surface side, and the first diameter-decreasing portion is formed on a bottom side.

摘要: There is provided a method for manufacturing a joint member obtained by joining a carbon fiber composite material containing a thermoplastic resin as a matrix and a metal. The method includes a step (i) of forming an uneven shape having a depth of 0.02 to 0.6 mm on a surface of the metal at a joining portion; a step (ii) of providing a thermoplastic resin layer having a thickness in the range of 5μm or more and 5 mm or less at a joining portion between the surface of the metal and a surface of the composite material; and a step (iii) of melting the thermoplastic resin layer by heating the joining portion to thereby combine the metal and the composite material into one.
