摘要: An operation control device for an electronic apparatus is provided. An operation control device for an electronic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which is connected to an electronic apparatus and can transmit and receive signals to and from the electronic apparatus and a control device for remotely controlling use of power in the electronic apparatus, comprises: a measuring unit for calculating the amount of power supplied to the electronic apparatus; and a communicating unit for receiving identification information of the electronic apparatus and state information of the electronic apparatus from the electronic apparatus, transmitting information regarding the amount of power, the identification information of the electronic apparatus, and the state information of the electronic apparatus to the control device, and receiving a first control signal for controlling operation of the electronic apparatus from the control device and then transmitting the first control signal to the electronic apparatus, thereby switching the electronic apparatus to an off mode or a sleep mode.

The apparatus may include a power circuit with a normally-open first switch closing in response to the plug being inserted into the receptacle and a normally-closed second switch opening in response to a signal, power being transferred between the power cord and the power circuit when the first switch and second switch are closed, power being prevented if either the first or second switch opens.

摘要: Electrical apparatuses with connector overheating protection and methods for protecting electrical apparatuses from connector overheating during current sinking and current sourcing operations are presented. The electrical apparatus includes an electrical connector and a temperature sensor, which is in direct contact with a physical part of the electrical connector. The temperature sensor monitors a temperature of the electrical connector during current sinking and current sourcing operations. During current sinking, if the temperature sensor senses a predetermined level of overheating of the electrical connector, then the sourcing of current to the electrical apparatus is switched off. During current sourcing, if the temperature sensor senses a predetermined level of overheating of the electrical connector, then the sourcing of current to the sinking device is switched off. Switching off the source of current prevents overheating of the electrical connector and protects the electrical apparatus during current sinking and current sourcing operations.

摘要: The present invention is directed to switch device that includes a switch actuator having a user-accessible surface, the user accessible surface including an indicator element and an interior channel optically coupled to the indicator element. The switch actuator is configured to actuate a mechanical linkage by moving between a first actuator position and a second actuator position in response to a user-stimulus, the mechanical linkage actuation driving the set of electrical contacts between a first contact state and a second contact state. A light emitting portion is disposed within the interior channel and optically coupled to the indicator element so that the interior channel moves relative to the light emitting portion when the switch actuator moves between the first actuator position and the second actuator position. The light emitting portion is optically coupled to the indicator element when the interior channel moves relative to the lighting portion.

摘要: A power cord includes a plug and a load connection portion connected to a load. The plug contains a plurality of plug pins which are respectively inserted in plug pin insertion holes of a power socket and connected to the power socket and a plurality of PTC thermistors, at least one of which is provided for each of the plug pins to detect a temperature of the corresponding plug pin. The PTC thermistors form one series circuit, and the power cord includes a shut-off device which turns off power supply to the load connection portion from the plug pins when a resistance value of the series circuit is equal to or higher than a predetermined value.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an improved leakage protection socket with reverse connection protection function. The electromagnetic tripping mechanism comprises a trip coil, an iron core and a permanent magnet that fit with a return spring, the iron core has, in its front end, a boss to pull the lock for horizontal movement, the movable input contacts are clamped by a rib slot of an upper tripper that can moves upward and downward along with the reset button. There is also provided a reverse connection trip device, which has a slope that coordinates with the boss of the iron core, upon reverse connection, the trip coil generates a magnetic field in the same orientation with the permanent magnet.
