摘要: A liquid-type composition for forming a photosensitive polymer complex and a method of preparing a photosensitive polymer complex containing silver nanoparticles using the same are provided. The composition for forming a photosensitive polymer complex includes a multifunctional epoxy resin, a photoacid generator, an organic solvent and a silver compound, or additionally includes a multifunctional acrylate resin and a photoinitiator, or an additive, e.g., a surfactant or a flow improver. This composition is applied, selectively exposed, and developed, thus preparing a photosensitive polymer complex, which contains silver nanoparticles uniformly dispersed and formed in the polymer pattern portion thereof through photo reduction and is therefore improved in terms of physical or chemical properties, e.g., heat resistance and wear resistance.

摘要: A method for forming a pattern of carbon nanotubes includes forming a pattern on a surface-treated substrate using a photolithographic process, and laminating carbon nanotubes thereon using a chemical self-assembly process so as to form the carbon nanotubes in a monolayer or multilayer structure. A monolayer or multilayer carbon nanotube pattern may be easily formed on the substrate, e.g., glass, a silicon wafer and a plastic. Accordingly, the method can be applied to form patterned carbon nanotube layers having a high conductivity, and thus will be usefully utilized in the manufacturing processes of energy storages, for example, solar cells and batteries, flat panel displays, transistors, chemical and biological sensors, semiconductor devices and the like.

摘要: A liquid crystal display device and a method for fabricating a liquid crystal display device wherein two domains are provided within each pixel cell so as to prevent flicker and to widen a viewing angle. In the liquid crystal display device, a common electrode is formed on a first substrate in such a manner to be divided into at least two electrodes. An alignment film is coated on the first substrate provided with the common electrode and a second substrate. A ferroelectric liquid crystal layer is injected between the first substrate and the second substrate to form at least two domains having a liquid crystal alignment state opposed to each other on a basis of a dividing line of the common electrode.

摘要: A support table supports a module board during a screen printing thereof. The support table has a body in which rectangular grooves are formed in both upper and lower surfaces thereof, a plurality of slots formed in a middle portion thereof and open to the grooves, and a plurality of jigs which are inserted into the slots and fixed relative to the body. The jigs can compensate for any difference between the heights of semiconductor devices which are mounted on the board, and support the board, with the board or the semiconductor devices resting directly on the jigs as the manufacture process at that time requires. The screen printing method includes steps of (a) preparing the support table by inserting appropriate ones of the jigs in the slots of the body of the support table; (b) disposing a board, having a plurality of land patterns formed thereon, on the support table; (c) positioning a screen, which has hole patterns formed therein, over the board with the hole patterns aligned with the land patterns of the board; and (d) forcing lead material through the hole patterns of the screen and onto the land patterns of the board with a squeegee while the board is supported by the upper surface of the support table.
