摘要: A three-dimensional lattice architecture with a thickness hierarchy includes a first surface and a second surface separated from each other with a distance therebetween defining a thickness of the three-dimensional lattice architecture; a plurality of angled struts extending along a plurality of directions between the first surface and the second surface; a plurality of nodes connecting the plurality of angled struts with one another forming a plurality of unit cells. At least a portion of the plurality of angled struts are internally terminated along the thickness direction of the lattice structure and providing a plurality of internal degrees of freedom towards the first or second surface of the lattice architecture.

摘要: A method and a device for processing a light-polymerizable material (5, 55) for building up an object (27) in layers, using a lithography based generative manufacture having a construction platform (12) for building up the object (27), a projecting exposure unit (10, 60) that can be controlled for locally selected exposing of a surface on the construction platform (12, 62) to an intensity pattern having a prescribed shape, and a control unit (11, 61) prepared for polymerizing overlapping layers (28) on the construction platform (12, 62) in successive exposure steps, each having a prescribed geometry, by controlling the projecting exposure unit (10, 60), in order to thus successively build up the object (27) in the desired shape, said shape resulting from the sequence of layer geometries. The invention is characterized in that a further exposure unit (16, 66) for exposing the surface of the construction platform (12, 62) is provided on the side opposite the projecting exposure unit (10, 60), and that the construction platform (12, 62) is designed to be at least partially transparent to light, and that the control unit (11, 61) is designed for controlling the further exposure unit (16, 66) at least while building up the first layer (28), said layer adhering to the construction platform (12, 62), for exposing in the prescribed geometry.

摘要: In a stereolithography apparatus according to an embodiment, for example, a first optical system emits a first light to a photocurable material. A second optical system emits a second light to the photocurable material such that the second light linearly intersects the first light in a first direction in the photocurable material. An area setter sets, for at least one of the first light and the second light, a first area and a second area having different optical properties from each other, at an intersection of the first light and the second light in the first direction. A moving mechanism moves the intersection of the first light and the second light. The stereolithography apparatus cures the photocurable material at the intersection of the first light and the second light.

摘要: A method for producing micromechanical components is provided. A liquid starting material which can be cured by means of irradiation is applied onto a substrate. A partial volume of the starting material is cured by means of a local irradiation process using a first radiation source in order to produce at least one three-dimensional structure. The three-dimensional structure delimits at least one closed cavity in which at least one part of the liquid starting material is enclosed. Alternatively or in addition, a micromechanical component is provided that contains a liquid starting material, which is partly cured by means of irradiation, and at least one cavity in which the liquid starting material is enclosed.

摘要: A method for producing a three-dimensional object (11) in layers by using a stereolithography machine (1) that includes: a container (2) containing a fluid substance (3) suited to solidify through exposure to predefined radiation (4a); an emitter (4) suited to emit the predefined radiation (4a) and to solidify a layer of the fluid substance (3) adjacent to the bottom (2a) of the container (2); a modelling plate (5) suited to support the solidified layer (6) and associated with an actuator (7) suited to move it perpendicular to the bottom (2a) of the container; a leveler (8) arranged in contact with the fluid substance (3). The method includes: selectively irradiating the layer of fluid substance to obtain the solidified layer; extracting the solidified layer from the fluid substance; redistributing the fluid substance in the container by moving the leveler so that they are passed between the modelling plate and the container.

摘要: A method of forming a three-dimensional object (17), is carried out by: (a) providing a carrier (18′) and an optically transparent member having a build surface, with the carrier and the build surface defining a build region therebetween; (b) filling the build region with a polymerizable liquid; (c) irradiating the build region with light through the optically transparent member to form a solid polymer from the polymerizable liquid; and (d) advancing the carrier away from the build surface to form the three-dimensional object from the solid polymer; (e) wherein the carrier has at least one channel (32) formed therein, the method further including supplying pressurized gas into the build region through the at least one channel during at least a portion of the filling, irradiating and/or advancing steps. An apparatus for performing the method is also disclosed.

摘要: An oral appliance is provided for delivering a medicament to at least a portion of teeth and/or soft tissue areas inside a mouth. The oral appliance contains an interior surface having a medicament disposed in or on at least a portion of and/or the entire interior surface of the oral appliance. The interior surface of the oral cavity is formed to fit contours of at least the portion of the teeth and/or soft tissue areas inside the oral cavity and is configured for holding the medicament in contact with at least the portion of the teeth and/or soft tissue areas inside the oral cavity to deliver the medicament to strategic areas in need of treatment. In some embodiments, computer, network and computer readable storage media are provided.

摘要: Devices, methods, and computer program products for facilitating the assembly of three-dimensional parts in a layer-wise fashion are disclosed, wherein separation forces between the assembler device and the parts are minimized at certain interfaces. Parts may be produced from polymers, photopolymers, metals, or other materials. In some aspects of the present disclosure, separation forces are minimized via the utilization of a cure inhibiting layer on a top surface of the image plate and via sliding the part from contact with a portion of the image plate having high elevation to above a portion of the image plate with low elevation. In some aspects, the assembler device further comprises a sweeper configured to expose the cure inhibiting layer to a source of cure inhibitor after a cure cycle.
