A specific weight of the PTFE sheet is maintained at 2.175 or more by carrying out thermo-fusing of the PTFE sheet and a film or sheet of heat-meltable resin such as PFA after interposing a layer of PTFE fine particles between them or by carrying out treatment for preventing a rapid temperature lowering after the thermo-fusing without interposing the layer of PTFE fine particles.

摘要： A product and method for producing a string of individual sealed, filled packages separated by perforations. A string of separate packages optionally may be enclosed in a cardboard or other container designed to sit in a pantry or other location for dispensing of individual units. Perforations in the packaging film between separate packages provide a tear point to aid in separating one package from the next. There are several advantages to this format including easy placement of the string of packages into a carton for shipping or dispensing, and the ability to hang a string of packages in locations without the need to attach the packages to a backing strip. The perforations between packages facilitate the packaging and transportation of the entire string or bandolier, and facilitate the removal and use of a separate package.

In order to retain the good barrier properties of a package provided with a pouring element even with a low overall height of the pouring element before the package is opened for the first time, it is provided that in the region of its pouring opening the base body has a plate whose contour substantially corresponds to the contour of the pouring opening. The lid is connected securely to the plate so that the lid at the same time serves as an opening element.

The first body has an inner surface terminating at a free edge and a first mating surface adjacent the free edge. A first barrier layer is fixed adjacent the inner surface of the first body. The second body has an inner surface terminating at a free edge and has a second mating surface adjacent to the first mating surface and the free edge of the second body to define a fuel cavity. A second barrier layer is fixed adjacent the inner surface of the second body. At least one weld joint joins the first mating surface to the second mating surface and the first barrier layer to the second barrier layer to provide the continuous barrier layer in the fuel tank.

摘要： A method of forming a gas impermeable joint in a fluid system includes: providing a tube having a metallic barrier layer disposed between an inner plastic layer and an outer plastic layer; forcing at least one of the inner plastic layer and the outer plastic layer into contact with a plastic surface of a component; and welding the at least one of the inner plastic layer and the outer plastic layer with the plastic surface to form the gas impermeable joint. The welding may include: spin welding, hot plate welding, vibration welding, and ultrasonic welding. The metallic barrier layer extends substantially to the component, thus improving the gas impermeability of the joint between the tube and the component.

摘要： A method of forming a gas impermeable joint in a fluid system includes: providing a tube having a metallic barrier layer disposed between an inner plastic layer and an outer plastic layer; forcing at least one of the inner plastic layer and the outer plastic layer into contact with a plastic surface of a component; and welding the at least one of the inner plastic layer and the outer plastic layer with the plastic surface to form the gas impermeable joint. 摘要： A fuel tank includes a vessel having a wall, the wall includes at least a first layer forming a hydrocarbon barrier, and a second layer that is more permeable to hydrocarbons than the first layer and is located on an outside of the first layer. The fuel tank also includes an insert defining a passage between an inside of the vessel and an outside thereof. The insert includes a first end overmolded by the wall and a second end opposite to the first end projecting outside the vessel. The wall has a portion extending inside the insert around an opening of the wall, the insert being configured to form at least one region of reduced thickness in the second layer along a diffusion path for hydrocarbons diffusing along the second layer from an edge of the wall adjacent to the opening towards the outside of the vessel.
