    摘要: A grease composition is disclosed. The grease composition comprises: 100 parts by mass of (A) an aryl group-containing polyorganosiloxane; 1 to 50 parts by mass of (B) an acrylic block copolymer; and (C) solid particles. Component (B) has a weight average molecular weight of from 10,000 to 1,000,000 and a molecular weight distribution [ratio (Mw/Mn) of weight average molecular weight (Mw) to number average molecular weight (Mn)] of 1.5 or less. Component (B) is present in an amount of from 1 to 40 mass % of the overall grease composition. The grease composition has excellent damping characteristics, hardly any oil separation (even at high temperatures), excellent lubricating performance, and an ability to reduce noise generated by a mechanical device when applied to a noise-generating site of the mechanical device. Sliding members, etc., to which this grease composition has been applied, are also disclosed.

    摘要: A lubricating grease composition for a resin member is used to be supplied as a lubricant on a surface of at least a sliding portion of a resin member including the sliding portion with an other member. The lubricating grease composition for a resin member contains a base oil which is a mixed oil of a poly-α-olefin having a kinetic viscosity at 40° C. of 18 to 50 mm2/s and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having a number average molecular weight of 40,000 to 200,000, a lithium-based complex soap as a thickener and a polytetrafluoroethylene resin as a solid lubricant having a mixing ratio of 4 to 12 mass % to the entire lubricating grease composition, wherein the base oil has a kinetic viscosity at 40° C. of 80 to 200 mm2/s and a worked penetration of the lubricating grease composition ranges from 265 to 340.

    摘要: A fluoropolymer composite comprising at least one fluoropolymer and particulate filler material is formed using a slurry process, in which the particulate filler material is first dispersed in a polar organic liquid, which is then combined with a suitable particulate fluoropolymer. The combination is dried to form a composite powder material. The composite powder material, with optional addition of another fluoropolymer, is processed to form a fluoropolymer composite body. The process can be carried out with either melt-processible or non-melt-processible fluoropolymers.
