摘要： An optical information recording medium is manufactured by bonding a first substrate having a first central bore and a second substrate having a second central bore to each other with radiation cure resin. The radiation cure resin is coated on the first substrate. The first and second substrates are brought into close contact with each other so as to form the first and second substrates integrally with the radiation cure resin. A neighborhood of the first and second central bores is radiated. A whole of at least one of opposite outer faces of the integral first and second substrates is irradiated with radiation so as to wholly cure the radiation cure resin.

摘要： A semiconductor device including (a) a base plate, (b) an insulation substrate including of an insulator plate with a front electrode and a back electrode bonded thereon and fixed onto the base plate by the back electrode, (c) a semiconductor element fastened onto the insulation substrate by the front electrode, (d) an insulating cover covering the semiconductor element, and (e) electrodes that are led from the semiconductor element to the outside of the insulating cover. The back electrode is larger than the insulator plate, and the base plate has a through hole that is smaller than the back electrode and larger than the insulator plate. The insulation substrate is positioned in the through hole and is fastened onto the back surface of the base plate by the periphery of the back electrode. The insulation substrate can make direct contact with a heat sink without the base plate intervening therebetween, and thereby thermal resistance between the semiconductor element and the heat sink is decreased. Also, bending stress to be generated in the insulator plate when fastening the heat sink onto the base plate by screwing is mitigated by the back electrode, and thereby dielectric breakdown in the semiconductor device due to cracks in the insulator plate can be restrained from taking place.

摘要： There is provided an electric guitar including a tremolo unit and first and second string fixing devices. The first string fixing device is adapted to be mounted on the head of the guitar and includes a base and a fixing member for pressing a group of strings onto the surface of the base. The tremolo unit includes a tremolo block rockingly supported by the body of the guitar and having a plurality of through-holes for receiving therein the ends of the strings. The second string fixing device includes a base section integral with the tremolo block and slidingly supporting a plurality of bridges each carrying the corresponding one of the strings and adapted to be moved to adjust tensions developed in respective strings. The second string fixing device further includes means for fixing the strings at the intermediate portions thereof.

摘要： Various highly sensitive detection methods, particularly improved PNA-LNA-PCR clamp methods, are provided as methods for detecting the presence or absence of a mutated gene contained in a gene pool rapidly, in a simple manner, with high accuracy, and with high sensitivity. As a step before the main step for detection, a pre-amplification step comprising allowing (1) a clamp primer consisting of PNA which hybridizes with all or part of a target site having a sequence of a wild-type gene or a sequence complementary to the wild-type gene, (2) a primer capable of amplifying a region comprising a target site having a sequence of the mutated gene, and (3) the gene pool to coexist in a reaction solution for gene amplification, and selectively amplifying the region comprising a target site of the mutated gene by a gene amplification method.
