    摘要: A double-face-cooled semiconductor module with an upper arm and a lower arm of an inverter circuit includes first and second heat dissipation members, each having a heat dissipation surface on one side and a conducting member formed on another side through an insulation member. On the conducting member on the first dissipation plate is provided with a fixing portion that fixes a collector surface of the semiconductor chip and a gate conductor connected to a gate terminal of the semiconductor module. The gate electrode terminal and the gate conductor are wire bonded. The conducting member on the second heat dissipation member is connected to an emitter surface of the semiconductor chip connected to the first heat dissipation member. The productivity and reliability are improved by most of formation operations for the upper and lower arms series circuit on one of the heat dissipation member.

    摘要: A fuel supply apparatus reduces fuel vaporization and leakage the positions of vaporization and leakage and their amount in the fuel tank and the fuel pipe is detected properly in case of using a low boiling point fuel having a vapor phase in the normal temperatures and atmospheric pressures, and the fuel state is controlled based on those detected values. By providing another container made of elastomatic material having an expandable mechanical characteristic inside the fuel storing container, the low boiling point fuel is stored in the separate container. A flow rate controlling apparatus heat or cools the fuel pipe leading the low boiling point fuel stored in the fuel storing container to the engine. A flow rate controlling apparatus adjusts the flow rate of the fuel in the fuel pipe for leading the low boiling point fuel stored in the fuel storing container to the engine.

    摘要: An electric circuit module comprising: an electric device comprising an electric circuit to serve for passage and interruption of electric current, a packing material packing the electric circuit and a plurality of wiring members to electrically connect the electric circuit with an external circuit; and a heat sink to radiate heat from the electric device. The electric circuit module includes a fixture to fix the heat sink and the electric device together so that a heat radiating surface of the electric device comes into contact with the heat sink. The fixture is formed with a recess to accommodate therein a part of the electric device so that the heat radiating surface of the electric device is exposed from the fixture. When the electric device is fixed to the heat sink by the fixture, the heat radiating surface comes into contact with the heat sink.
