摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to minimize ozone production while increasing the production of an active species. The plasma generating device (100) comprises: a pair of electrodes (21, 22) in which dielectric films (21a, 21b) are disposed on at least one opposing face; voltage application means (4) for applying a pulse voltage across the electrodes (21, 22) to bring about a plasma discharger; and fluid circulation holes (21b, 22b) that are disposed in locations corresponding to the electrodes (21, 22), respectively, and that are configured to pass entirely therethrough. The plasma generating device is also configured such that a fluid passing through the fluid circulation holes (21b, 22b) comes into contact with the plasma, generating ions or radicals, wherein the voltage applying means (4) varies the peak value and/or the pulse width of the pulse voltage applied across the electrodes (21, 22).

摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit is capable of being supplied with battery current information and battery voltage information. The semiconductor integrated circuit includes a memory function, a current integrating function, a voltage-based state of charge operating function, a current-based state of charge operating function, a comparison determination function, a correcting function, and a resistance deterioration coefficient output function. The memory function stores the relation between a state of charge of a battery and an internal resistance deterioration coefficient thereof. The full charge capacity outputted from the correcting function and the internal resistance deterioration coefficient outputted from the resistance deterioration coefficient output function are stored in the memory function when a voltage-based state of charge and a current-based state of charge compared by the comparison determination function are determined to substantially coincide with each other.

摘要: A battery control IC includes a remaining amount estimation computing unit. The remaining amount estimation computing unit switches, during discharging of a battery pack, a first estimating method, in which a direct current resistance is obtained from a change in a voltage value of a battery voltage and a change in a current value of a current flowing through the battery pack at a start of discharging of the battery pack and a full charge capacity of the battery pack is obtained based on information set in advance indicating a relation between the direct current resistance and the full charge capacity, and a second estimating method, in which the full charge capacity of the battery pack is estimated from a relation between an open-circuit voltage predicted from the battery voltage and a used charge amount obtained from information of the current flowing through the battery pack.

摘要: A pair of casual shoes such as flip-flops are packaged for sale so as to have the general appearance of an essentially spherical ball. Each shoe has a flexible sole portion and an upper portion connected to at least part of the periphery of the sole portion by stitching, which extends around the entire sole portion periphery. The sole portion of each shoe is flexed generally into a U-shape and also is flexed transversely to the length thereof, and then the two U-shapes are interfitted with the toe and heel regions of one shoe fitting against the instep region of the other shoe. An elongate cord is laced between the stitching around the peripheries of the two sole portions so as to hold the two shoes together in the ball shape but removal of the cord release the two shoes for separation and opening out into a pair of flip-flops.
