The second step involves discharging the gas mist from the first cover 51 and/or the second cover 55. The third step involves supplying the gas mist for a predetermined time from the gas mist generating means 30 to the first cover 51 and the second cover 55, and keeping the pressure inside at least the second cover 55 in a predetermined range.
