摘要: The invention relates to a medical imaging apparatus for providing information about an object. The invention further relates to a method for providing information about an object. In order to improve the preparation and the visual reception of information relating to an object during medical interventions, a medical imaging apparatus for providing information about an object is provided that comprises an image acquisition device an interventional device, a processing device and a display device. The image acquisition device detects object data from at least one region of interest of an object and provides the object data to the processing device. The interventional device detects physiological parameters of the object depending on the position of a predetermined area of the interventional device in relation to the object and provides the physiological parameters to the processing device. Further, the processing device transforms at least a part of the object data into image data and converts the physiological parameters into physiological data. The processing device then modifies at least one image parameter of the image data depending on the physiological data and thereby transforms the image data into modified live image data which is provided to the display device displaying a modified live image.

摘要: An optical examination device (10) adapted to be at least partially inserted into a turbid medium is provided. The optical examination device comprises a shaft portion (21) adapted to be inserted into the turbid medium, the shaft portion (21) comprising a tip portion (22) adapted to be the foremost portion during insertion into the turbid medium. At least one light source device adapted to emit abeam (11) of broad-band light is provided in the region of the tip portion (21). The beam (11) of broad-band light comprises different wavelength bands (2a, 2b, . . . , 2n) which are differently modulated. At least one photodetector (27a, 27b, 27c) for detecting broad-band light is provided in a region adapted to be inserted into the turbid medium of the shaft portion (21).

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus 100 and, a method and a computer program for determining a parameter indicative of a tissue type of an associated tissue 116. In particular, the invention relates to an apparatus 100 comprising a spectrometer 102, which spectrometer comprises a light source 104 and a detector 106, 108 arranged to measure an optical spectrum. This enables determination of a first parameter being indicative of a bile concentration. As the inventors of the present invention have made the insight that bile concentration may serve as a discriminative feature for different tissue types, the apparatus is arranged to determine a second parameter indicative of a tissue type based on a concentration of bile. According to a specific embodiment, the apparatus further comprises an interventional device 112.
