摘要: An easily tearable plastic film and a pouch made therefrom comprises a thin-wall part for easy tearing. The thin-wall part being made by incorporating strings in the plastic film when it is made by melt extrusion. A method for producing the film and pouch is also shown.

摘要: A voice processing apparatus includes a voice signal acquiring unit that acquires a voice signal converted to plural frequency bands from an input signal having a narrowed band; an expanding unit that generates based on a narrowband component of the voice signal acquired by the voice signal acquiring unit, an expansion band component expanding the band of the voice signal; a correcting unit that corrects the power of the expansion band component by a correction amount determined based on a noise component included in the voice signal acquired by the voice signal acquiring unit; and an output unit that outputs the voice signal of which the band has been expanded based on the expansion band component corrected by the correcting unit and based on the narrowband component of the voice signal acquired by the voice signal acquiring unit.

摘要: A voice speed control apparatus comprising: an utterance/non-utterance judging unit judging whether a processing target segment in inputted a voice signal is an utterance segment or a non-utterance segment; a non-utterance continuation length acquiring unit acquiring a non-utterance continuation length representing a length of the voice signal judged continuously to be the non-utterance; a determining unit determining a reproducing speed of the processing target segment in the voice signal in accordance with the non-utterance continuation length so that the reproducing speed gets higher as the non-utterance continuation length gets larger and so that an increase in reproducing speed is restrained to a greater degree as the non-utterance continuation length becomes smaller; and a changing unit changing the reproducing speed of the voice signal, corresponding to the reproducing speed.

摘要: A motor-driven welding gun has a servomotor for displacing a movable electrode tip toward and away from a fixed electrode tip. The servomotor has a motor housing with a copper pipe which is inserted therein when the motor housing is cast. The copper pipe provides a coolant passage in the motor housing for supplying a coolant therethrough. When the coolant passage is supplied with the coolant, the motor housing is forcibly cooled, reducing the amount of heat generated by the servomotor.
