Disclosed is a noise-absorbent fabric having a superior heat-insulation property and sound-insulating property and a method for manufacturing the same. The noise-absorbent fabric includes a noise-absorbing layer comprising a nonwoven fabric formed of a heat-resistant fiber and impregnated with a binder; and a metal film stacked thereon. As such, the noise-absorbent fabric having superior sound-absorbing property, heat-insulating property and sound-insulating property can be obtained and be applicable to parts maintained at high temperatures of 300° C. or greater. In addition, the noise-absorbent fabric can be moldable using the binder in a desired three-dimensional shape.

The soundproofing board part is manufactured by using, as a material, a recycled soundproofing material which contains a polyurethane foam having excellent sound absorption performance and impact resilience during the press molding; and by producing a sound absorption part on the back surface of the soundproofing board part through a remolding processing method. Also disclosed is a soundproofing board part manufactured by the method.Accordingly, sound absorption performance of the soundproofing board part is improved by about 20% or greater, manufacturing cost thereof may be reduced by recycled resources utilizing waste sheets, and manufacturing process may be simplified compared the related art.

The present invention provides a multilayer dash isolation pad having superior formability and sound absorption performance. The multilayer dash isolation pad includes a decoupler and a sound absorption and insulation layer. The decoupler is a soft felt manufactured from urethane foam or octalobal cross-section fiber, and the sound absorption and insulation layer includes a compressed felt manufactured from octalobal cross-section fibers. In particular, the shape factor (α) of the octalobal cross-section fiber is 2.0 to 2.7. Particularly, the multilayer dash isolation pad according to the present invention does not decrease thickness or be contracted upon press molding after pre-heating felt, such that superior formability in components can be obtained and a sound absorption coefficient may be enhanced without increase in the weights and thicknesses of the decoupler and the sound absorption and insulation layer.

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article manufactured using the thermoplastic resin composition. Particularly, the thermoplastic resin composition may be reinforced with the carbon fiber. Accordingly, the thermoplastic resin composition may be obtained by mixing a carbon fiber, a silane-based coupling agent and a thermoplastic elastomer to a polyamide-6 polymer having low specific gravity, such that weight thereof may be reduced and economical efficiency may be improved. Further, parts assembly efficiency and stability of the injection molded product from the thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention may be improved by minimizing deformation after injection molding due to improved rigidity, durability and dimensional stability thereof. The thermoplastic resin composition may be used for parts of vehicle exterior material such as a panorama sunroof frame.

The resin composition may be obtained by mixing a thermoplastic vulcanizate and a polyethylene resin with a thermoplastic olefin resin, a polypropylene resin, an inorganic filler and a thermoplastic rubber, and in particular, the thermoplastic vulcanizate and the polyethylene resin may be obtained from biologically obtainable materials (biomass). Thus, the resin composition may be environmentally-friendly because it does not emit offensive odor of harmful compounds due to decreased generation of carbon dioxide and volatile organic compounds unlike petroleum-based materials. Further, superior mechanical properties such as elongation, hardness, strength, etc. that cannot be achieved only with conventional biodegradable resin may be ensured, and, at the same time, processability and moldability may be improved.
