    摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide an image forming apparatus capable of easily obtaining a white balance and performing image display with excellent color reproduction properties, and a method of manufacturing and adjusting the image forming apparatus. A plurality of surface conduction electron-emitting devices (1002) are arranged on a substrate (1001). Light emission is performed in accordance with the colors (R, G, and B) of phosphors applied to a phosphor film (1008) upon electron emission from the devices, so that an image is formed. The electron-emitting characteristics of the surface conduction electron-emitting devices (1002) are shifted in advance in correspondence with corresponding phosphor colors. Therefore, a satisfactory white balance of light emission of the R, G, and B phosphors can be obtained.

    摘要: In a magnetooptical information recording-reproducing apparatus, recording of information is performed such that a laser beam is irradiated on a magnetooptical information recording medium via an optical head while applying a magnetic field to the beam irradiated portion of the recording medium onto which information pits are formed by utilizing the difference in the direction of magnetization thereof. The magnetooptical information recording-reproducing apparatus is provided with a band-like shielding plate which is arranged in an optical path of a reflected light from the recording medium upon application of the laser beam thereto in a direction perpendicular to tracks of the recording medium. Reproduction of information recorded on the recording medium is effected by detecting the beam which is not shielded by the shielding plate by use of a photodetector.

    摘要: A heat treating device including a pressure detecting unit for outputting an output signal when a pressure in a heat processing furnace becomes a set value, an air release pipe having a first valve and a check valve, a differential pressure gauge shut off by a second valve in terms of pressure from the interior of the heat processing furnace, and an air feed pipe having a third valve. One ends of each of the air release pipe and the air feed pipe is connected respectively to the heat processing furnace and the other ends opened in air. In such arrangement, after processing gases are evacuated from the heat processing furnace, an inert gas is fed. Then when an internal pressure of the furnace becomes near an air pressure, the first valve is opened in response to the output signal of the pressure detecting unit to make the internal pressure of the heat processing furnace a little higher than the air pressure. When a differential pressure value of the differential pressure gauge is below a set value, the third value is opened to communicate the interior of the heat processing furnace with air through the air feed pipe. Then the cap closing the opening of the heat processing furnace is opened.

    摘要: A lubricating oil supply control device controls a lubricating oil supply amount to a transmission in a construction machine including a torque converter with a lock-up clutch. The lubricating oil supply control device includes a clutch state determining section, a lubricating oil amount detecting section and a lock-up clutch controlling section. The clutch state determining section determines whether or not the lock-up clutch is being coupled. The lubricating oil amount detecting section detects whether or not the lubricating oil supply amount to the transmission is short of a preliminarily set supply amount. The lock-up clutch controlling section decouples the lock-up clutch when the lock-up clutch is being coupled and the lubricating oil supply amount is short of the preliminarily set supply amount.

They achieve a high performance in deflashing and grinding and cleaning by shot blasting and a high ability to create a high compressive residual stress. The lost amounts of them by shooting are small. The shots are made from a zinc-based alloy that contains three components that include A1 of 0.5 to 6.5 mass % and Cu of 0.5 to 4.5 mass % as additional elements, or that contains four components that further include Mg of 0.01 to 0.2 mass % as additional elements, wherein the ratio of the mass of A1 to Cu (A1/Cu) is 1.0 to 13.0, wherein the total amount of A1 and Cu (A1+Cu) is 1.5 to 10.5 mass %, and wherein the Vickers hardness of the shots is 90 to 190 HV.
