摘要: A high-density memory includes: a data write interface, a data read interface, an array of memory cells and level-shifting write drivers. The data write interface inputs data written to the memory. The data read interface outputs data read from the memory. The array of memory cells stores data input at the data write interface and outputs stored data to the data read interface. Each of the memory cells includes at least one low threshold voltage (LVT) read transistor and at least one respective regular threshold voltage (RVT) transistor, so as to obtain high-speed read operations. The level-shifting write drivers supply shifted write wordline voltages to the array, so as to obtain high-speed write operations.

摘要: High bandwidth (e.g., >100 GHz) modulators and methods of fabricating such are provided. An optical modulator comprises transmission lines configured to provide a respective radio frequency signal to a respective plurality of segmented capacitive loading electrodes; pluralities of segmented capacitive loading electrodes in electrical communication with a respective one of the transmission lines and in electrical communication with an interface layer of a semiconductor waveguide structure; and the semiconductor waveguide structure. The semiconductor waveguide structure is configured to modulate an optical signal propagating therethrough based at least in part on the respective radio frequency signal. The semiconductor waveguide structure comprises the interface layer, which (a) comprises a semiconductor material and (b) is configured such that an interface resistance of the modulator is ≤4 Ohms. The interface resistance is a serial resistance between the interface layer and respective electrodes of the pluralities of segmented capacitive loading electrodes.

摘要: A computing entity is described that obtains at least one inspection image of an at least partially fabricated product and causes the at least one inspection image to be processed by a product inspection engine. The product inspection engine includes a machine learning-trained model. The computing entity obtains an inspection result determined based on the processing of the at least one inspection image by the product inspection engine; identifies one or more training images stored in an image database based at least in part on the at least one inspection image; associates automatically generated labeling data with the one or more training images based at least in part on the inspection result determined by the processing of the at least one inspection image; and causes training of the product inspection engine using the one or more training images and the associated labeling data.
