    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a vertical memory device includes forming a first sacrificial layer on a substrate, the first sacrificial layer including a first insulating material, forming a mold including an insulation layer and a second sacrificial layer alternately and repeatedly stacked on the first sacrificial layer, the insulation layer and the second sacrificial layer including second and third insulating materials, respectively, different from the first insulating material, forming a channel through the mold and the first sacrificial layer, forming an opening through the mold and the first sacrificial layer to expose an upper surface of the substrate, removing the first sacrificial layer through the opening to form a first gap, forming a channel connecting pattern to fill the first gap, and replacing the second sacrificial layer with a gate electrode.

    Abstract: A method of fitting a hearing aid connected to a mobile terminal is provided. The method may include acquiring location information of a location of the mobile terminal, transmitting the location information to a server, receiving, from the server, information about at least one recommended fitting parameter model adapted to hearing conditions of the location and hearing characteristics of a user of the hearing aid, and displaying the information about the at least one recommended fitting parameter model. The method may also include receiving a fitting parameter model selected by the user from among the at least one recommended fitting parameter model, and controlling the hearing aid to function according to the received fitting parameter model.

    Abstract: A method of synchronizing a first device capable of displaying video content and including the video content, and a second device capable of displaying E-book content associated with the video content and including the E-book content. The first device is connected to the second device according to a specific protocol. In response to a specific event for the video content or the E-book content occurring in one of the first and second devices, the device in which the specific event occurs generates event information about the specific event and transmits it to the other of the first and second devices, and performs the specific event according to the event information. Upon receiving the event information, the other of the first and second devices performs the specific event according to the received event information in synchronization with the device in which the specific event occurred, using synchronization information between the video content and the E-book content.
