    摘要: A sunshade for an automobile is produced by continuously feeding a resilient foamed plastic board or a composite material including a layer of such resilient foamed plastic board into an oven to heat and soften the material therein, the softened foamed plastic board or composite material is then fed into a molding press. The molding press is provided with a set of molding dies that are maintained at a controlled low temperature by cooling water supplied via pipes extended to the molding press, so that the resilient foamed plastic board or the composite material is pressed, cooled, and molded at a time to form a plurality of continuous primary sunshades. The continuous primary sunshades are cut apart and trimmed to provide finished products of individual sunshades. The completed sunshade each is provided at a surface with parallelly and alternately arranged wider and narrower folding grooves. The wider folding groove has a width twice as large as that of the narrower folding groove, enabling the sunshade to be smoothly and fitly folded into a small volume for convenient storage without creating cracks that would adversely affect the appearance and the usable life of the sunshade.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing blow-moulded sun visors comprising outer surfaces with a preferred embodiment. The outer surface of the sun visor varies in colour, surface structure and roughness. An economically-produced sun visor can thus be obtained to match the interior fittings of any motor vehicle. The structure and roughness of the outer surface of the sun visor are complementary to the inner surfaces (4) of the blow mould (1, 1′). The colour of the outer surfaces of the sun visor is also adjusted according to the coloration of the polypropylene used (2). Said coloration is obtained from organic and inorganic pigments. The invention also relates to a zip-up material cover for sun visors, which can easily be taken off and changed as required. The zip is almost completely covered by the hem and therefore cannot be seen by the passengers in the vehicle.
