The visor cores remain oriented relative to one another, and the visor cores can be sequentially positioned in a cooling fixture and a flexing fixture. The chain of visors can be wound on a spool or the like for transport.

摘要: A sunshade production method and system for producing a sunshade for use with a sunroof of a vehicle with high efficiency and low cost. The production method includes the steps of: cutting one side of a thermoplastic resin plate to create a base member of the sunshade; heating the base member to a predetermined temperature; overlapping a bottom surface of the heated base member with a surface material in a manner that one end portion of the surface material is extended from an end surface of the base member, pressure-forming the base member and the surface material overlapped with one another at the same time; wrapping the extended end portion of the surface material around the end surface of the base member; and removing unwanted portions of the base member and the surface material to finalize the sunshade.

摘要: A stamped reinforced visor elbow having a metal reinforcing member that holds electrical conductors encased in a molded polymeric material. The reinforcing member is generally U-shaped in cross section and can be formed by stamping. The reinforcing member provides support for the visor elbow while providing a channel for electrical conductors. The reinforced visor elbow is made by forming a metal reinforcing member through a stamping die, placing one or more conductors into a recess created in the reinforcing member and the steps of molding a polymeric material over the reinforcing member while holding the wires to form the reinforced visor elbow.

摘要: A sunshade for an automobile is produced by continuously feeding a resilient foamed plastic board or a composite material including a layer of such resilient foamed plastic board into an oven to heat and soften the material therein, the softened foamed plastic board or composite material is then fed into a molding press. The molding press is provided with a set of molding dies that are maintained at a controlled low temperature by cooling water supplied via pipes extended to the molding press, so that the resilient foamed plastic board or the composite material is pressed, cooled, and molded at a time to form a plurality of continuous primary sunshades. The continuous primary sunshades are cut apart and trimmed to provide finished products of individual sunshades. The completed sunshade each is provided at a surface with parallelly and alternately arranged wider and narrower folding grooves. The wider folding groove has a width twice as large as that of the narrower folding groove, enabling the sunshade to be smoothly and fitly folded into a small volume for convenient storage without creating cracks that would adversely affect the appearance and the usable life of the sunshade.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved technique of joining a first body part and a second body part of a sun visor body to manufacture a sun visor for vehicles. After that, the second welds contact each other and are welded together by vibration as the first welds are welded together by vibration and at this time, the first welds receive a welding pressure that acts between the first and second body parts, thereby controlling a welding pressure that acts upon the second welds during vibration welding.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing blow-moulded sun visors comprising outer surfaces with a preferred embodiment. The outer surface of the sun visor varies in colour, surface structure and roughness. An economically-produced sun visor can thus be obtained to match the interior fittings of any motor vehicle. The structure and roughness of the outer surface of the sun visor are complementary to the inner surfaces (4) of the blow mould (1, 1′). The colour of the outer surfaces of the sun visor is also adjusted according to the coloration of the polypropylene used (2). Said coloration is obtained from organic and inorganic pigments. The invention also relates to a zip-up material cover for sun visors, which can easily be taken off and changed as required. The zip is almost completely covered by the hem and therefore cannot be seen by the passengers in the vehicle.
