摘要: Methods and systems are provided for controlling thermal conditioning of a battery system associated with brakes of a vehicle towing a trailer. In one embodiment, a method includes: determining, by a processor, that a temperature of the battery system is outside of a defined temperature range; determining, by the processor, a delta value between a brake request and a battery charge limit; generating, by the processor, a control signal to at least one of a heater and a compressor of the vehicle based on the delta value; generating, by the processor, a control signal to the battery system to initiate regeneration braking; and generating, by the processor, a braking reduction request to reduce braking by the trailer.

摘要: A method of the pre-conditioning system for a battery of a vehicle includes: receiving an input of a destination of the vehicle; generating and outputting a destination route to the destination; searching for information on one or more battery charging stations located within a predetermined range on or around the destination route; determining whether each of the searched battery charging stations satisfies a preset environmental condition; adding a charging station path to a charging station selected among charging stations provided with the environmental condition to the destination route; determining whether the battery of the vehicle satisfies a preset state condition; and warming the battery at a preset time point when the preset state condition is satisfied.

摘要: A hybrid vehicle includes an internal combustion engine, a filter, an electrical storage device, a rotating electric machine, and a controller. The filter is configured to trap particulate matter in exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine. The rotating electric machine is configured to generate electric power using power from the internal combustion engine so as to charge the electrical storage device, and drive the internal combustion engine using electric power from the electrical storage device. The controller is configured to control the internal combustion engine and the rotating electric machine, so as to warm up the electrical storage device when regeneration control needs to be performed and when the temperature of the electrical storage device is lower than a reference value. The regeneration control is control for raising the temperature of the filter to a predetermined temperature so as to burn the particulate matter. The controller may be configured to execute the regeneration control when the temperature of the electrical storage device exceeds the reference value.

摘要: Disclosed is a cooling blower control device and method for a high-voltage battery, by which a cooling blower used in a high-voltage battery is efficiently controlled using fuzzy control. To this end, the cooling blower control device includes a temperature (or first) sensor configured to sense an internal temperature of a battery pack assembly, and a current sensor configured to sense an output current of the battery pack assembly. A fuzzy controller performs fuzzy control by using outputs of the temperature sensor and the current sensor as inputs to output a cooling blower's duty ratio, and a pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller performs PWM control by using an output of the fuzzy controller as an input to output a control signal for driving the cooling blower.

A controller for a hybrid vehicle which can run in an EV drive mode in which an electric motor 101 is driven by electric power of a battery 113 only and a series drive mode in which the electric motor 101 is driven by electric power generated by a generator 107 using power of an engine 109 includes a demanded driving force calculation unit, a demanded electric power calculation unit, an available uppermost outputting value setting unit, and an engine starting determination unit. The engine starting determination unit starts the engine 109 so that the vehicle runs in the series drive mode when the demanded electric power demanded of the electric motor 101 exceeds the available uppermost outputting value.
