摘要: Methods and systems for producing ammonia, urea, and UAN are described herein. The methods can include providing a hydrocarbon feed stock and an oxygen-containing stream and reacting the hydrocarbon feed stock with the oxygen-containing stream to provide a syngas containing carbon dioxide and blue hydrogen. The methods can also include electrolyzing water to provide green hydrogen and blending the blue hydrogen with the green hydrogen to provide a blended hydrogen. The blended hydrogen can be introduced to an ammonia synthesis system to provide an ammonia product, which can be further processed to provide urea and/or UAN. The ratio of green to blue hydrogen in the blended hydrogen can be based on available green credits.

摘要: A system for mixing acid and water can include a tank for holding acid, an acid pump for pumping acid out of the tank, an acid flow meter, an acid control valve, a water pump for pumping water, a water flow meter, a water control valve, a flush valve to selectively flush the system with water, and a controller to monitor the flow meters and control the pumps and the valves. The acid control valve and/or the water control valve can be an electronically controlled valve. The flush valve can be an electronically controlled valve to selectively permit water to flow from downstream of the water pump to upstream of the acid pump. The acid control valve, the water control valve, the flush valve, or any combination thereof can be throttled by the controller to control flow therethrough.

摘要: Systems and methods for blending fluids are provided. A blended fluid may be obtained by mixing a first fluid from a first fluid source with a second fluid from a second fluid source. The blended fluid may be pumped by a pump arranged downstream of a point at which the first and second fluids are mixed, wherein no other pumps are upstream of the pump. First and second flow control valves that control the flow rate of the first and second fluids, respectively, are adjusted so as to reach a target flow rate of the blended fluid, the blended fluid having a target blend of the first fluid and the second fluid.

摘要: A mixing apparatus includes a housing that includes a first end wall, a second end wall, and a top wall that at least partially define a cavity of the housing. The apparatus also includes a pair of rollers extending from the first end wall to the second end wall and coupled to the housing such that each roller is rotatable relative to the housing. The apparatus also includes a motor positioned in the cavity and enclosed within the housing, the motor operatively coupled to a first roller of the pair of rollers and configured to drive the first roller to rotate for rotating the container. The motor is operatively coupleable to a power source to drive the first roller of the pair of rollers.

The gases may include a first and a second gas wherein a gas mixing system accepts the gases and operates in a plurality of modes of operation to produce a discharge gas including a mixture thereof, and the second gas may be supplied without the first gas, and the first gas may be supplied without the second gas. The gas mixing system may be integrated with a gas processing system to produce a biogas-related product. The gas mixing system may be a compressor, a jet compressor, an ejector, an eductor, venturi jet pump, eductor-jet pump, and/or a thermocompressor, that uses a first stream of high-pressure gas to entrain a relatively lower pressure second gas, mixes the two, and discharges a third gas mixture that is of a sufficiently elevated pressure to be supplied to other areas of a production facility.

摘要: A homogenizer for liquid food includes a homogenization device having a gap formed between a seat and a forcer. A pump is configured to provide a pressure for forcing the liquid food through the gap and thereby homogenize the liquid food. The homogenizer includes an accumulator, wherein the pump is connected to the accumulator to accumulate a pressure in the accumulator. A cylinder arrangement is connected to the accumulator and to the homogenization device. The cylinder arrangement includes a piston that is configured to push a volume of the liquid food through the gap. A valve is arranged to release pressure accumulated in the accumulator, such that the released pressure actuates the piston to push the volume of the liquid food through the gap.

Wastewater may be received and separated into a separated water component and a dewatered solids component on-site at or near a wastewater source. The separated water components may be treated on-site using an ancillary water treatment process. The dewatered solids may be converted to a biosolid with aid of one or more oxidizers and a blending chamber. The dewatered solids may be converted to a biosolid on-site at or near a wastewater source or may be converted to a biosolid off-site at a central solids processing facility.

摘要: A full-electric drive cementing control system is disclosed. The system includes: a water supply system for supplying clear water; an ash supply system for supplying dry ash; a slurry mixing system for performing a slurry mixing operation to form slurry; a plunger pump for pumping the slurry to a cementing operation object; and a control assembly for controlling, in response to a received cementing operation instruction, connection of a pipeline between an outlet of the water supply system and an inlet of the slurry mixing system and a pipeline between an outlet of the ash supply system and the inlet of the slurry mixing system, controlling, according to a preset slurry mixing parameter, the slurry mixing system to mix the clear water and the dry ash to form the slurry required for a cementing operation, and controlling, according to a preset perfusion parameter, a driving motor to drive the plunger pump to work, the cementing operation instruction carrying the preset slurry mixing parameter and the preset perfusion parameter.

摘要: A system for opening and closing a mixing manifold includes a drive motor, a cam plate, and a valving rod connector. The drive motor imparts movement in first and second directions. Movement imparted in the first direction causes the cam plate to move linearly in a third direction and movement imparted in the second direction causes the cam plate to move linearly in a fourth direction. Movement of the cam plate in the third direction causes the valving rod connector to move linearly in a fifth direction and movement of the cam plate in the fourth direction causes the valving rod connector to move linearly in a sixth direction. Movement of the valving rod connector in the fifth direction causes retraction of a valving rod of the mixing manifold and movement of the valving rod connector in the sixth direction causes extension of the valving rod.
