    摘要: A directional diffusion film with diffusion properties that vary depending on the incidence angle is characterized in that a diffusion axis direction is in the range of 20° to 50° with respect to a normal direction of the film, and a diffusion half-value angle is at least 20° and lower than 90°. The diffusion axis direction is a light irradiation direction in which the strongest diffusion light is obtained when the film is irradiated with light. The diffusion half-value angle is a diffusion angle at which intensity of outgoing diffusion light at a plane A is 50% of the peak intensity, with the plane A containing the normal direction and the diffusion axis direction of the directional diffusion film, when collimated light is incident at an incidence angle of 30° from the normal direction of the directional diffusion film in the plane A. In the pretensioner, the cylinder is molded by forging, and a positioning portion as a high-strength portion is formed from a partition formed using a excess portion produced during the forging-molding. Therefore, while an outer circumferential shape of the cylinder is not changed, a specification of the positioning portion can be varied, the specification including a formation position of the positioning portion, an extension dimension of the positioning portion from the cylinder, and thickness of the positioning portion along a through direction of the cylinder.

    摘要: The present invention provides a coating material for forming a coating layer that can achieve excellent adhesion to a transparent film. The coating material is prepared so that it contains a thermosetting resin, an inorganic filler, and a mixed solvent containing cyclohexanone. The content of the thermosetting resin is in the range from 5 to 20 wt % with respect to the total amount of the thermosetting resin and the inorganic filler, and the content of the cyclohexanone is in the range from 25 to 35 wt % with respect to the entire mixed solvent. By coating a surface of a transparent film with this coating material and then heat-treating the resultant coating, a coating layer with excellent adhesion can be formed on transparent film. The thus-obtained laminate of the transparent film and the coating layer can be used as an antireflection film.
