摘要: A two-pack urethane-based adhesive that includes a second-pack liquid in which liquid components are inhibited from bleeding out and which can be inhibited from decreasing in thixotropic properties, and that gives cured products having, after aging, excellent adhesiveness. The two-pack urethane-based adhesive including a first-pack liquid, which includes a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group, and a second-pack liquid, which includes water, an active hydrogen compound (which is not water) having an active hydrogen capable of reacting with the isocyanate group, and cellulose nanofibers, wherein the first-pack liquid and the second-pack liquid each independently contain carbon black and/or an inorganic-based filler, the content of the cellulose nanofibers being 0.1-1.5 mass % with respect to the content of the water.

摘要: The application provides a product with a protective coating. Prepare a first precursor dispersion comprising a first active organic precursor, and the first active organic precursor is a fluorine-free monomer. Prepare a second precursor dispersion comprising a second active organic precursor, and the second active organic precursor is a fluorine-containing monomer. Apply the first precursor dispersion to a product body, and dry the applied first precursor dispersion to form a first dried layer. Apply the second precursor dispersion to the first dried layer to cover the first dried layer, and dry the applied second precursor dispersion to form a second dried layer, so that the first active organic precursor and the second active organic precursor are polymerized to obtain a product with a protective coating.

摘要: An oxygen-absorbing film having an oxygen-absorbing adhesive agent layer including a cured oxygen-absorbing adhesive agent resin composition, wherein the oxygen-absorbing adhesive agent layer has at least two glass transition temperatures, and wherein the lowest glass transition temperature among the glass transition temperatures is lower than 0° C. The cured oxygen-absorbing adhesive agent resin composition preferably includes: (A) an oxygen-absorbing polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of −20 to 10° C. and (B) a saturated polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of −10° C. or lower. The oxygen-absorbing polyester-based resin (A) is made from a tetrahydrophthalic acid, a derivative thereof, a tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, or a derivative thereof, and the saturated polyester resin (B) containing a structural unit derived from a diol component and a structural unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid component is preferably selected from the group consisting of adipic acid, sebacic acid, isophthalic acid, and combinations thereof.

摘要: A two-part curable adhesive composition includes a main agent (A) containing a urethane prepolymer (a1) and a remaining polyisocyanate (a2), and a curing agent (B) containing a non-crystalline polyol compound (b1) and a polyamine compound (b2). An equivalent ratio of an isocyanate group in a raw polyisocyanate to a hydroxyl group in the polyol compound is from 2.05 to 12. The equivalent ratio of the isocyanate group in the main agent (A) to an amino group in the polyamine compound (b2) is from 1.2 to 6. The equivalent ratio of the isocyanate group in the main agent (A) to the hydroxyl group in the non-crystalline polyol compound (b1) is from 2 to 12.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an adhesive composition including an aliphatic urethane (meth)acrylate, a thickener and a spacer. The adhesive composition has printability that printing can be effectively performed into a pattern with a thin width or the like, and is capable of forming an adhesive having excellent physical properties such as transparency, a gap maintaining ability capable of maintaining a constant cell gap between films and adhesive force. The adhesive composition is useful for constituting an optical element for HMDs.

摘要: A redox curable composition, methods for manufacturing same and uses thereof are disclosed. The redox curable composition is useful as a pre-applied adhesive. The redox curable composition is solid at room temperature, may be heated for application to a substrate, and cools to form a dry-to-touch adhesive layer on said substrate, which may be activated when required by mating with another substrate and exposure to an anaerobic environment. The composition is particularly suited to manufacturing complex products, such as mobile phones, computers and circuits.
