Abstract:
The present invention discloses a serum-free medium for full suspension culture of MDCK cells and a preparation method of the serum-free medium. The serum-free medium for full suspension culture of the MDCK cells comprises basic metabolic nutrients, nucleotide, vitamins, inorganic salts, a shear force protective agent, a cell clustering resisting agent, a pH buffer agent, a pH indicator, an influenza virus proliferation accelerant and other additives. The preparation method of the serum-free medium for the full suspension culture of the MDCK cells comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a mixed solution: dissolving and mixing raw materials; and 2) regulating pH: regulating the pH of the mixed solution to 6.3 to 6.7, and setting a constant volume to obtain the serum-free medium for the full suspension culture of the MDCK cells. The medium supports the high-density full-suspension culture of the MDCK single cells, greatly shortens a time for educating the MDCK cells from adherent cells into the serum-free full suspension cells, and is applicable to the mass production of biological products, and particularly veterinary biological products.
Abstract:
A composite hot-melt adhesive mesh film and preparation process thereof, in particular, a composite hot-melt adhesive mesh film and preparation process thereof for bonding metal and non-polar material are disclosed. The mesh film is compounded of a polar polyamide hot-melt adhesive and a non-polar polyolefin hot-melt adhesive mesh film containing a compatibilizer. The mesh film has a high adhesive strength and a durable and stable adhesion, and is especially suitable for bonding stainless steel, aluminum, copper or other metal materials and polyethylene, polypropylene or other non-polar polymers. Additionally, the preparation process is completed in one set of production process from raw material pretreatment to the final preparation of the hot melt adhesive mesh film product, thereby greatly reducing production failures, and providing high production efficiency and low costs.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a supported hybrid vanadium-chromium-based catalyst, characterized in the catalyst is supported on a porous inorganic carrier and a V active site and a inorganic Cr active site are present on the porous inorganic carrier at the same time. The present invention further relates to a process for producing a supported hybrid vanadium-chromium-based catalyst. The invention also provides the preparation method of the catalyst, titanium or fluorine compounds, vanadium salt and chromium salt according to the proportion, different methods of sequence and load on the inorganic carrier, after high temperature roasting, still can further add organic metal catalyst promoter prereduction activation treatment on it. The catalyst of the present invention can be used for producing ethylene homopolymers and ethylene/α-olefin copolymers. The hybrid vanadium-chromium-based catalyst can have high activity and produce polyethylene polymers having the properties of broad molecular weight distribution (Part of the products are bimodal distribution) and excellent α-olefin copolymerization characteristic.
