摘要： A polyester resin for toner, wherein an acid component of the polyester comprises (1) disproportionated rosin and (2) terephthalic acid and/or isophthalic acid, an alcohol component of the polyester comprises (3) glycidyl ester of tertiary fatty acid and (4) an aliphatic diol containing from 2 to 10 carbon atoms, and a cross-linking component of the polyester comprises a polycarboxylic acid having three or more carboxyl groups and/or a polyol having three or more hydroxyl groups, with the molar ratio of the acid component (1) to the acid component (2), (1)/(2), being from 0.2 to 0.6 and the molar ratio of the alcohol component (3) to the alcohol component (4), (3)/(4), being from 0.05 to 0.4. A toner for developing an electrostatic charge image contains the polyester resin for a toner (binder resin), a colorant and a charge control agent. Further, the invention also relates to an image-forming method using the toner for developing an electrostatic charge image.

When the camera support shaft is fitted into a horizontal attitude holding aperture that is formed in the bottom face of the TV camera unit to be perpendicular to the optical axis of the lens, the TV camera unit is set at a horizontal shooting position where the lens faces in the horizontal direction.

摘要： The invention enhances resistance to a surge in a semiconductor device having a semiconductor die mounted on a lead frame. An N type embedded layer, an epitaxial layer and a P type semiconductor layer are disposed on the front surface of a P type semiconductor substrate forming an IC die. A metal thin film is disposed on the back surface of the semiconductor substrate, and a conductive paste containing silver particles and so on is disposed between the metal thin film and a metal island. When a surge is applied to a pad electrode disposed on the front surface of the semiconductor layer, the surge current flowing from the semiconductor layer into the semiconductor substrate runs toward the metal island through the metal thin film.

摘要： An imaging apparatus, for example, a security camera, having a camera assembly including a camera mounted on and supported by a base and pivotally rotatable both in a vertical direction and in a horizontal direction to allow tilting and panning motions of the camera. The camera assembly is supported on an assembly fixation structure of the base to allow the tilting motion of the camera assembly. The assembly fixation structure is panned relative to a base foot of the base. A panning rotation gear for the panning motions of the camera is fixed on a ground plate, which has a positional change relative to a pedestal plate unit in the assembly fixation structure. A tilting motor, a panning motor, and vertical and horizontal rotation transmission mechanisms for the tilting motions and the panning motions of the camera are arranged on the pedestal plate unit of the assembly fixation structure. The tilting motor and the panning motor are arranged having respective output shafts in the horizontal direction and face each other across a pivot shaft fitting element on the pedestal plate unit.

摘要： A conventional semiconductor device has a problem that reduction of a connection resistance value between wiring layers is difficult because of an oxide film formed between the wiring layers. In a semiconductor device of this invention, a first metal layer is embeded in opening regions which connect a first wiring layer and a second wiring layer and an opening is formed in a spin coated resin film formed on the first metal layer. In the opening, a Cr layer forming a plating metal layer and a Cu plated layer are connected to each other. With this structure, the spaces among crystal grains in portions in the Cr layer on the first metal layer are wide, which causes the portions to be coarse. In the coarse portions in the Cr layer, an alloy layer formed of the second metal layer and the Cu plated layer is formed, and thus, the connection resistance value is reduced.
