Abstract: A white polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The white polyester film includes a physically recycled polyester resin and a chemically recycled polyester resin. The physically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of physically recycled polyester chips. The chemically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips and mixed with the physically recycled polyester resin. The plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips further include chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips. The chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips contain electrostatic pinning additives, and the electrostatic pinning additives are metal salts. Expressed in percent by weight based on a total weight of the polyester film, a content of the electrostatic pinning additives in the polyester film is between 0.005% and 0.1% by weight. The polyester film further includes a white additive.

Abstract: A polyester film for being embossed with a laser-engraved pattern and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The polyester film includes a substrate layer and at least one surface layer formed on the substrate layer. The surface layer serves as an easy-to-press embossed pattern layer, and is formed from a polyester-based copolymer. The polyester-based copolymer includes residues derived from a diacid component and residues derived from a diol component. The diacid component includes 85 to 95 mol % of terephthalic acid and 5 to 15 mol % of isophthalic acid. The diol component includes 35 to 74 mol % of ethylene glycol, 1 to 15 mol % of neopentyl glycol, and 25 to 50 mol % of 1,4-butanediol.

Abstract: A polyester film and a method for producing the same are provided. The polyester film includes a heat resistant layer. The heat resistant layer includes a high temperature resistant resin material and a polyester resin material. The high temperature resistant resin material and the polyester resin material are melted and kneaded with each other via a twin screw granulator. The twin-screw granulator has a twin-screw temperature between 250° C. and 320° C., and the twin-screw granulator has a twin-screw rotation speed between 300 rpm and 800 rpm, so that the high temperature resistant resin material is dispersed in the polyester resin material with a particle size of between 50 nm and 200 nm.

Abstract: A matte film for hot pressing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The manufacturing method includes steps of forming at least one polyester composition into an unstretched polyester thick film and stretching the unstretched polyester thick film in a machine direction (MD) and a transverse direction (TD). The polyester composition includes 81% to 97.9497% by weight of a polyester resin, 0.02% to 2% by weight of an antioxidative ingredient, 0.0003% to 1% by weight of a nucleating agent, 0.01% to 2% by weight of a flow aid, 0.01% to 2% by weight of a polyester modifier, 0.01% to 2% by weight of an inorganic filler, and 2% to 10% by weight of silica particles. The polyester resin has an intrinsic viscosity between 0.60 dl/g and 0.80 dl/g.

Abstract: A biaxially oriented polyester film having the following physical property is provided: when cooled from the molten state at a cooling rate of 20° C./min, an observed recrystallization temperature is 175° C.-200° C. The biaxially oriented polyester film is formed by a thick sheet before bidirectional stretching that is melted and extruded by an extruder and then cooled and formed on a casting roll. The thick sheet before stretching having the following physical property as analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry: a crystallization rate is less than 10%.
