Abstract: Provided are a magnetic tunneling junction device having more stable perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) and/or increased operating speed, and/or a memory device including the magnetic tunneling junction device. The magnetic tunneling junction device includes a free layer having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface; a pinned layer facing the first surface of the free layer; a first oxide layer between the pinned layer and the free layer; and a second oxide layer on the second surface of the free layer. The free layer includes a magnetic material X doped with a non-magnetic metal/ The second oxide layer includes ZOx which is an oxide of a metal Z. An oxygen affinity of the metal Z is greater than an oxygen affinity of the non-magnetic metal X.

Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first power management integrated circuit (PMIC) with a first fault controller connected to a first node and a first interface circuit connected to a second node; a second PMIC with a second fault controller connected to the first node and a second interface circuit connected to the second node; and a third PMIC with a third fault controller connected to the first node and a third interface circuit connected to the second node. The first fault controller is configured to, during a power on sequence or a power off sequence, detect a change in a voltage level of the first node. The first interface circuit is configured to communicate with any one or any combination of the second interface circuit and communication and the third interface circuit based on the change in the voltage level of the first node.

The memory stores instructions, when executed, causing the processor to establish a Wi-Fi link on a first channel with an access point (AP), through the Wi-Fi module, establish a mobile hotspot link on the first channel with an external electronic device, through the Wi-Fi module, detect an event associated with a change in state of the Wi-Fi link, and change a state of the mobile hotspot link, based at least on the detected event.
