    摘要: To provide a can container to achieve a higher pressure resistance strength by improving the shape of the bottom part of the can container. The can container includes a can barrel and a can bottom, the can bottom provided with, in a center thereof, a dome part concaved toward the inside of the can container along the can axis direction, and an annular convex part projecting toward the outside of the can container to shape an annular support part in an outer periphery of the dome part, wherein an inner peripheral surface extending from the support part of the annular convex part to an outer peripheral edge part of the dome part includes a recessed part where the outer peripheral edge part of the dome part is positioned in a direction of being farther away from the can axis than an innermost part of the inner peripheral surface.

    摘要: A plate-making method for manufacturing a printing plate includes: manufacturing the printing plate based on a knockout method in which knockouts of halftone dots in one color are formed, and halftone dots in the other color are overprinted onto positions of the knockouts; for each of pixels, when a sum of a halftone dot area ratio of the one color and a halftone dot area ratio of the other color is smaller than 100%, forming a gap from a knockout in the one color around a halftone dot in the other color; and for each of pixels, when the sum of the halftone dot area ratio of the one color and the halftone dot area ratio of the other color is greater than 100%, forming an overmask such that the halftone dot in the other color penetrates a periphery of the halftone dot in the one color.

    摘要: Provided is a manufacturing method for a rectangular can according to which it is possible to bring an angle formed by a step surface of a step provided in a rectangular can body and an inner wall surface of the rectangular can body closer to 90 degrees. In a step-forming step, using a die 310 that is provided on an outer wall surface side of a sidewall on which the step is to be formed, a mandrel 410 for sandwiching the sidewall between the mandrel 410 and the die 310 on the bottom side relative to a portion where the step is to be formed in the inner wall surface on which the step is to be formed, and a punch 420 for pressing the side opposite to the bottom side relative to the portion where the step is to be formed in the inner wall surface on which the step is to be formed and compressing the sidewall between the punch 420 and the die 310, the step is formed by performing multiple instances of a pressing operation performed by the punch 420.

    摘要: Provided is a can manufacturing method, comprising: creating separation data by separating platemaking editing data for each ink color of a printing machine that performs printing on a surface of a can; and manufacturing a proof can by outputting an image corresponding to the platemaking editing data by an ink-jet printer based on the platemaking editing data or the separation data and a predetermined conversion rule, and arranging the image on a can surface, wherein the conversion rule has a rule to reproduce, by ink of the ink-jet printer, the ink color of the printing machine printed based on the separation data.
