    摘要: The methods for ceramic coatings synthesized by chemical reactions energized by laser plasmas were invented. Laser plasmas were generated by pulsed laser beams focused by a reflector having a hole. The ions and electrons were formed by the laser plasmas from gaseous molecules or solid materials. The first method applied an electric or a magnetic field to separate ions from electrons and to promote ion-atom and ion-molecule reactions. The product molecular ions were focused and deflected to coat patterned coatings with extremely high precision. The second method allowed the electron-ion recombinations to form product molecules or radicals to form high uniform coatings. These two methods and their combinations provides consistent, or continuous modulations, or discrete layers in vast varieties of chemical compositions and crystal structures. Ceramic films were separated by dissolving the substrates.

    摘要: A method of assessing concentration of analyte ion(s) in a liquid can include contacting the liquid with a plurality of electrodes, each of which is configured to generate a signal in response to sensing a selected ion in the liquid. The signal received from each of the electrodes can be processed using a neural network algorithm trained to calculate ion interference between the selected ion and other ions in the liquid sensed at one of the electrodes and/or electrode interference between ones of the electrodes sensing a same selected ion based on a result of a comparison of training data. The ion interference and/or electrode interference can be compensated for, and the concentration of the analyte ion(s) in the liquid can be assessed on the basis of a compensated output from the neural network algorithm.

    摘要: A method and system for sensing or characterizing a biomarker, such as a proteolytic enzyme or nucleic acid. The system comprises a nanopore sensor to determine a current modulation of a sample including a biomarker, and a predetermined substrate or nucleic acid probe current modulation signature for comparison to a current signature from the nanopore sensor. The nanopore sensor includes a nanopore membrane between two fluid compartments, and a power supply in electrical contact with the membrane to provide an electric potential difference between the fluid compartments. A detector is used to detect an electrical current through the nanopore as the polypeptide substrate, or components thereof, transits the nanopore under an applied electric potential difference between the first and second fluid compartments. The result is a rapid, label-free method for the sensitive and accurate measurement of biomarker activity by real-time monitoring of the ionic current modulations arising from the substrate peptide-protease interactions or nucleic acid hybridization in the nanopore.

As such, during a manufacturing process of the array substrate, particularly in dry etching operations of an insulation protection layer and an active layer, metal intersections of the shorting bar can be well protected from static electricity damage caused by abnormal discharge resulting from plasma so as to improve product quality.
