    摘要: An electronic device capable of balancing both light transmitting and receiving performance and mounting reliability is provided. The electronic device includes an element (light receiving element), a transparent layer, and a sealing resin layer. The element is, for example, a semiconductor element and has an optically functional region having an optical function (for example, light receiving or light emission) on one face. The transparent layer is located on the optically functional region, directly comes in contact with the one face of the light receiving element, and is optically transparent. The sealing resin layer seals sides of the transparent layer and one face of the light receiving element, does not coat an upper face of the transparent layer, and is mixed with filler that improves rigidity.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes: forming a first resin layer on a wafer having a light receiving portion; patterning the first resin layer into a predetermined shape and forming a first resin film on the light receiving portion; dividing the wafer into light receiving elements; mounting the light receiving elements on an upper surface of a lead frame; a sealing step of forming a sealing resin layer around the first resin film; and removing the first resin film such that a portion of the light receiving element is exposed to the outside, and in the sealing step, the upper surface of the first resin film is flush with the upper surface of the sealing resin layer, or the upper surface of the first resin film is higher than the upper surface of the sealing resin layer.

    摘要: An insulation resistance drop detector includes a pulse generator that applies a pulse signal to a series circuit in which a detecting resistor, a coupling capacitor, and an insulating resistance are serially connected. In a state where the pulse signal is applied to the series circuit, control circuit detects a pulse-like divided voltage occurring at a node by a voltage detecting circuit via a bandpass filter, to thereby sense a drop of an insulation resistance. Further, the control circuit senses a failure of the insulation resistance drop detector itself when the voltage detected by the voltage detecting circuit is maintained at least at a prescribed voltage exceeding a plurality of cycles of the pulse signal. Thus, the insulation resistance drop detector having a failure self-diagnosis function is realized by a simple configuration.
