摘要： The present invention relates to improvements for agricultural storage bags, more specifically agricultural storage bags having improved shock, tear and puncture resistance, and enhanced stretching properties. The agricultural storage bag has an embossed pattern of a plurality of embossed regions that are comprised of a plurality of linear embosses. Each embossed region is separated by a continuous unembossed region. Further disclosed is a method for forming the improved agricultural storage bags from a collapsed tube formed by a blown film extrusion process. More than one set of intermeshing rollers may be used to apply the embossed pattern to the improved agricultural storage bags. Once the storage bags are embossed, a folding operation may fold the bags into a plurality of annular folds so that the bags may be used with an agricultural bagging machine.

摘要： A structure is injection molded onto a group of panels to form a container. The container has a tray and an injection-molded feature. The tray has a plurality of side panels that extend at least partially around, and at least partially define, a cavity of the container. The tray has a plurality of multi-part flanges with at least one of the multi-part flanges including a lower flange portion and an upper flange portion. The injection-molded feature has band that is injected molded onto the lower flange portion and the upper flange portion. An injection-molded strip extends along and at least partially defines the corner of the container. The strip extends downward from the inner portion of the band in the elongate corner of the container. A tool is also disclosed for forming the container.

摘要： A blow molded synthetic resin bottle has a body and an elongated neck with the body providing a shoulder extending about the base of the neck. The neck has a first collar extending thereabout spaced adjacent the shoulder and at least one additional collar extending thereabout adjacent the upper end of the neck. The resin in the neck is substantially unoriented. To produce the bottle, a synthetic resin preform is injection molded with a generally tubular body and the elongated neck. This preform is placed in a blow mold cavity having a body receiving portion and a neck receiving portion that has a recess extending thereabout seating the first collar therein. The additional collar is disposed outwardly of the mold cavity and is disposed on the upper surface of the mold.

摘要： A liner assembly and method for lining a damaged pipe junction between a main and lateral pipe is provided. The liner assembly includes a main liner member and a lateral liner tube. A collar disposed near the juncture between the main liner member and lateral liner tube is impregnated with a liquid hydrophobic or hydrophilic material capable of curing in a flexible or rigid state with the material expanding in the presence of water. The hydrophobic or hydrophilic material can also be applied without the use of the collar. When the liner assembly is pressed against the main and lateral pipes, a portion of the hydrophilic or hydrophobic material is forced into the damaged pipe junction.

摘要： This invention provides a food container which can be manufactured cheaply by using inexpensive general PET resin or further inexpensive PET resin for fiber or recovered PET flakes, and nevertheless, which has a high heat resistance up to 250° C., and the container is obtained by adding a chain extender and a compatibilizer and talc to PET resin, charging the mixture into an extruder 30 having two or more vent holes, degassing under a condition where the PET resin is melted with heating by sucking at a high vacuum of −99.99 kPa or lower from the vent holes 33, 34, thereafter, forming a sheet by extrusion molding, pressure-forming with vacuum the sheet by a thermoforming machine, forming the container by keeping in a mold at 100-220° C. The container has a total of the content of crystal portion represented by the following formula and the content of talc being 25% by weight or more.

摘要： An apparatus and process for molding workpieces usable for consumer products. The workpieces may be injection molded with a cavity formed by a core pin and have an undercut, such as internal threads, in the cavity. The apparatus has a drive system with a stripper plate mounted for alternatingly forward and retracting axial movement. The stripper plate is axially driven and drives a stripper sleeve barrel cam and a core pin base barrel cam, each having respective cam followers. The respective motions of the cam followers are superimposed on a stripper sleeve insert, which drives a core pin sleeve. The core pin sleeve is subjected to responsive three dimensional motion, allowing an internally threaded workpiece to be unscrewed from the core pin sleeve. The system does not require separate drives for the core pin sleeve, a single stripper plate drive being sufficient and further allows each mold cavity/core pin combination in a mold half to be unique.
