The system further includes a controller structured to perform operations including determining a power surplus value of the electrical system; determining a machine power demand change value; in response to the power surplus value of the electrical system being greater than or equal to the machine power demand change value, operating an optimum cost controller to determine a power division for the engine, first electrical torque provider, and second electrical torque provider; and in response to the power surplus value of the electrical system being less than the machine power demand change value, operating a rule-based controller to determine the power division for the engine, first, and second electrical torque provider.

摘要: A control method of a hybrid vehicle includes determining, by a controller, whether a target maintaining SOC has been set to a maximum level in a battery maintaining driving mode, determining, by the controller, whether a vehicle speed is equal to or higher than a predetermined speed, when the target maintaining SOC determined is a maximum level, calculating, by the controller, an estimated recovery energy which can be recovered by regenerative braking of the vehicle when a current vehicle speed is equal to or higher than the predetermined speed, and updating, by the controller, the target maintaining SOC by subtracting a subtraction SOC equivalent to the estimated recovery energy calculated from the target maintaining SOC.

摘要: A vehicle includes an energy storage, a motor driver, an electric motor, and circuitry. The motor driver is configured to convert direct-current power to alternating-current power and to convert alternating-current power to direct-current power. The electric motor is connected to the energy storage via the motor driver to move the vehicle. The circuitry is configured to drive the electric motor with a first current value to consume excess electric power. The first current value is different from a minimum current value to generate regeneration power arising from a braking force. The circuitry is configured to drive the electric motor with a second current value smaller than the first current value if a temperature of the electric motor is higher than a first threshold temperature or a temperature of the motor driver is higher than a second threshold temperature.

摘要: Inverterless running control is control in which an inverter is set to a gate cut-off state, an engine is driven to mechanically rotate a motor-generator and to generate in the motor-generator, counter-electromotive torque in accordance with a difference between a counter-electromotive voltage of the motor-generator and a system voltage, and a vehicle runs with drive torque applied to an output shaft as reaction force of the counter-electromotive torque. An ECU controls drive torque to produce driving force determined by an accelerator position by raising or lowering the system voltage during inverterless running control.

摘要: A method of controlling driving of a vehicle when battery charging is limited is provided. The method includes calculating a target wheel torque from a speed of the vehicle, calculating a target motor torque from a differential gear device of the vehicle, and calculating a discharge power of a hybrid starter generator when the target motor torque and a motor charging limitation torque are compared with each other and the target motor torque is greater than the motor charging limitation torque. A fuel injection of the vehicle is blocked and an engine clutch is disengaged when the discharge power of the hybrid starter generator and a discharging limitation power of the hybrid starter generator are compared with each other and the discharge power of the hybrid starter generator is less than the discharging limitation power of the hybrid starter generator. Additionally, an engine reference speed of the vehicle is determined.
