    摘要: A process and device are disclosed for perforating and/or partially cutting printed laminated composite materials by means of laser beams from at least one laser arranged in a laser station. In order to minimize equipment costs, in particular for the control of the perforation and/or partial cutting processes, without having to renounce to an exact positioning of the perforations and/or partial cuts, a process is disclosed characterized by the following steps: the laminated composite material web is cut into individual blanks (1) according to the printed image and/or folding pattern; the blanks (1) are transported to the laser station; and the perforations or partial cuts are carried out in the stationary blank (1). Also disclosed are means for carrying out the process.

    摘要: In a method for mounting and finishing a valve seat ring in an operational position of a receiving bore at the entrance of a gas channel of the cylinder head of an internal combustion engine consisting of a light alloy, an annular body with a central opening is manufactured by powder pressing and sintering. A roller burnishing tool is positioned within the central of the annular body. The annular body is inserted into the receiving bore with the aid of the roller burnishing tool such that the annular body is positioned with play relative the inner wall of the receiving bore. The annular body is radially expanded by roller burnishing with the roller burnishing tool such that the annular body positive-lockingly engages the inner wall of the receiving bore and is compressed to a selected finish size of ready-to-use density.

    摘要: A chip-scale optical approach to performing multi-target detection is based on molecular biosensing using fiber-optic based fluorescence or light scattering detection in liquid-core waveguides. Multiplexing methods are capable of registering individual nucleic acids and other optically responsive particles, and are ideal for amplification-free detection in combination with the single molecule sensitivity of optofluidic chips. This approach overcomes a critical barrier to introducing a new integrated technology for amplification-free molecular diagnostic detection. Specific examples of liquid-core optical waveguides and multi-mode interferometers are described; however, they can be implemented in a number of different ways as long as a series of excitation spots is created whose spacing varies with the excitation wavelength.
