    摘要: The present invention relates to a nonaqueous coating material composition comprising at least one compound (A) having at least two amino groups, and at least one oligomeric and/or polymeric compound (B) having at least two alkylidene-1,3-dioxolan-2-one groups, wherein the compound (B) is obtainable using at least one monomer (B1) of the formula (I) where R1, R2 independently of one another are hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy-C1-C4 alkyl, C5-C6 cycloalkyl, phenyl or phenyl-C1-C4 alkyl; R3 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy-C1-C4 alkyl, C5-C6 cycloalkyl, phenyl, or phenyl-C1-C4 alkyl, R3 more particularly being hydrogen; R4 is hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, CH2COOR8, phenyl or phenyl-C1-C4 alkyl; R5, R6 independently of one another are hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl or else one of the radicals, R5 or R6, may be COOR8 or CH2COOR8; A is a chemical bond or C1-C4 alkanediyl, A more particularly being C1-C4 alkanediyl; X is O or NR7; Z is a chemical bond, PO2, SO2, or C═O, Z more particularly being C═O; Y is a chemical bond, CH2, or CHCH3; R7 where present is C1-C6 alkyl; and R8 where present is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; and at least two different comonomers (B2) and (B3) which are each different from the monomer (B1).     摘要: This invention provides a method for forming multilayer coating film excelling in smoothness and distinctness of image, by 3-coat-1-bake system in which a step of applying onto a coating object a water-based intermediate paint (X) to form an intermediate coating film; a step of adjusting the solid content of the intermediate coating film to 70-100 mass %; a step of applying onto the intermediate coating film a water-based base coating paint (Y) containing 30-55 mass parts of alcoholic solvent having a boiling point of 170-250° C., to form a base coating film; a step of adjusting the solid content of the base coating film to 70-100 mass %; a step of applying a clear paint (Z) comprising 40-60 mass parts of carboxyl-containing compound and 60-40 mass parts of polyepoxide onto the base coating film to form a clear coating film; and heating the intermediate coating film, base coating film and clear coating film at 100-120° C. for 3-10 minutes and thereafter further heating them at 130-160° C. for 10-30 minutes; are successively carried out.

The method comprises the use of a particular aqueous colored paint (A) comprising a prescribed amount of specified titanium oxide that has been compounded, The resulting multi-layer paint films have a very bright paint color, and especially a white or light-colored color, and have excellent concealing properties. The aqueous colored paint (A) is characterized by containing from 50 to 60 mass % with respect to the whole paint solid fraction of titanium oxide of specific surface area not more than 13 m2/g.
