摘要: A conductive paste based on an elastomer of the polyoxypolyolefin type or on a member of the polyolefin family is described, provided with an admixture of conductive particles for the production, in the electronics industry, of a sealing element, of a contact element or of a heat-conduction element. This material is particularly suitable for the production of EMI-RFI gaskets, and, compared with materials known hitherto and based on silicone, has improved performance characteristics and environmental properties.

In one example a security document is disclosed to include a substrate having an imprinted lacquer applied to a first side of the substrate and a metal complex ink applied to the first side of the substrate thereby covering the imprinted lacquer applied to the first side of the substrate. The security document further includes a laser feature created in the metal complex ink.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing a metal nanoparticle-polymer composite thin film comprising uniformly shaped metal nanoparticles uniformly dispersed in a polymer matrix, and more particularly to a method for producing a gold nanoparticle-polymer composite thin film, comprising the steps of: (A) preparing a mixture of an ionic liquid and polyethylene oxide; (B) preparing a reaction solution by dissolving a gold nanoparticle precursor in the mixture; (C) producing a gold nanoparticle-polymer composite by applying plasma to the interface of the reaction solution; and (D) separating the gold nanoparticle-polymer composite from the reaction solution.

摘要: Methods of increasing thermal conductivity of a bulk polymer are provided. The methods include contacting a bulk polyelectrolyte polymer comprising an ionizable repeating pendant group with an aqueous liquid having a pH that ionizes the pendant group and isotropically extend the polyelectrolyte polymer to an extended non-globular chain conformation. The polyelectrolyte polymer so treated thus exhibits a thermal conductivity of greater than or equal to about 0.6 W/m·K and optionally greater than or equal to about 1 W/m·K. In other aspects, the present disclosure provides a high thermal conductivity material comprising a bulk polyelectrolyte polymer bearing a repeating charged group and having an extended non-globular chain conformation and that exhibits a thermal conductivity of greater than or equal to about 0.6 W/m·K and optionally greater than or equal to about 1 W/m·K. The high thermal conductivity material may be used in electronic devices, including as housings/encapsulation and thermal interfaces.

摘要: The present invention provides a conductive material comprising: (A) a π-conjugated polymer, and (B) a dopant polymer which contains one or more repeating units selected from “a1” to “a4” respectively represented by the following general formula (1) and has a weight-average molecular weight in the range of 1,000 to 500,000, (C) a nanoparticle which is selected from a gold nanoparticle, a silver nanoparticle, and a platinum nanoparticle and has a particle diameter of 1 to 200 nm. There can be provided a conductive material that has excellent film-formability and also can form a conductive film having high transparency and conductivity, superior flexibility and flatness when the film is formed from the material.
