    摘要: Provided is a substrate stage which can transfer a substrate at a high speed. In the substrate stage of the present invention, auxiliary mounting tables are attached to a main mounting table, and lower rails are arranged over on the main mounting table and above the auxiliary mounting tables. When both ends of the lower rails are bent upwardly by a vertically adjusting unit in order to prevent the both ends of the lower rails to be bent downwardly, the lower rails are made straight. Since the lower rail is not divided, the linearity is ensured and the moving plate does not stutter so that transfer of the substrate at high speed can be performed.

    摘要: A vehicle-mounted man-machine interface device comprises display means for displaying a screen, press position detecting means for detecting the press position on the screen, and control means for displaying an operating screen on which operating figures are arranged on the display means and acquiring the operation content specified by the press on the operating screen from the arrangement positions of the operating figures, the operation on each operating figure, and the output of the press position detecting means. The device further comprises traveling detecting means for detecting whether or not the vehicle having the device is traveling or detecting the traveling speed of the vehicle. The control manes sets or alters one or both of the number of operating figures simultaneously displayed on the operating screen and their sizes according to the output from the traveling detecting means. With this, a man-machine interface technique for easily and reliably performing operation can be provided.

    摘要: A leakage current on a side surface of a sensor chip of a cell electrophysiological sensor is reduced. In order to do so, a sensor chip having a continuity hole and a chip holding part covering the side surface of the sensor chip are provided. The sensor chip includes silicon as a main component, and the chip holding part is made of glass. The chip holding part is adhesively bonded to the side surface of the sensor chip by glass welding. Thus, in the cell electrophysiological sensor device of the present invention, the airtightness between the side surface of the sensor chip and the chip holding part is improved, so that a leakage current can be reduced.
