    Abstract: A plasma processing apparatus includes a chamber (20) and a target (25) above the chamber (20). The surface of the target (25) contacts the processing area of the chamber (20). The chamber (20) includes an insulating sub-chamber (21) and a first conductive sub-chamber (22), which are superposed. The first conductive sub-chamber (22) is provided under the insulating sub-chamber (21). The insulating sub-chamber (21) is made of insulating material, and the first conductive sub-chamber (22) is made of metal material. A Faraday shield component (10) which is made of metal material or insulating material electroplated with conductive coatings and includes at least one slit is provided in the insulating sub-chamber (21). An inductance coil (13) surrounds the exterior of the insulating sub-chamber (21). The problem about the wafer contamination due to particles formed on the surface of the coil during the sputtering process can be solved by using the plasma processing apparatus.

    Abstract: A method for facilitating remote downloading, in accordance with particular embodiments, includes receiving, at a proxy server maintained by a wireless service provider, a remote download request. The remote download request is relayed to the proxy server via at least one component of a wireless service provider's network. The remote download request includes an address associated with at least one file hosted by a remote server. The method also includes downloading the at least one file from the remote server to the proxy server. Upon detecting a presence of the endpoint, the method includes transferring the at least one file from the proxy server to the endpoint via a femto base station associated with the endpoint.

    Abstract: An illumination apparatus includes a first light-emitting device, a second light-emitting device, and a third light-emitting device. The light emitted from the third light-emitting device is selectively mixed with the light emitted from the first light-emitting device or the second light-emitting device to form a white light having a chromaticity coordinate point substantially located on a Black Body Locus. A color of the light emitted from the third light-emitting device is determined by linear relationships between chromaticity coordinate points corresponding to wavelengths of the lights emitted form the first light-emitting device and the second light-emitting device and corresponding to a color temperature of the white light. A method for generating a white light is also disclosed herein.

    Abstract: A coil electrical component and a method of manufacturing the same. Magnetic material powder and adhesive powder are mixed in a predetermined proportion to form a solid mixture. The solid mixture and an object, such as a coil or a core material surrounded by the coil, are filled in a mold having a predetermined shape. The solid mixture in the mold is heated such that the magnetic material powder is adhered by the adhesive powder and covers the object, so as to form the coil electrical component. The coil electrical component corresponds in shape to the mold. Therefore, the coil electrical component has stable quality, and can be manufactured with less time and lower cost.
