    摘要: An automatic transmission for an automotive vehicle has a plurality of friction devices for selectively coupling a number of rotary elements in a planetary gear mechanism to one another, and a hydraulic circuit for controlling changeover of the friction devices. The hydraulic circuit includes a regulator valve for generating line pressure, a manual valve for selectively changing over the line pressure to the hydraulic circuit, a plurality of shift solenoids for directly controlling engaging hydraulic pressure of the friction devices by duty control when a shift is made, and a plurality of relay valves controlled by the solenoid valves, wherein the solenoid valves are duty-controlled independently of one another. With such an arrangement, one accumulator is sufficient and the number of valves can be reduced, so that the valve body can be made more compact. In addition, highly precise shock control is possible with regard to all shift conditions.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which is excellent in antistatic property of a non-electrification-prevented adherend (subject to be protected) upon peeling, and has reduced stainability in an adherend and is excellent in adhesion reliance, and electrification preventing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets using the same. There is provided a pressure-sensitive composition comprising an ionic liquid, and a (meth)acryl-based polymer containing, as a monomer component, 0.1 to 100% by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid alkylene oxide. There is provided a pressure-sensitive composition comprising an ionic liquid, and a polymer containing, as a monomer component, 0.5 to 30% by weight of a nitrogen-containing monomer and having a glass transition temperature Tg of no higher than 0° C. There is provided a pressure-sensitive composition comprising an ionic liquid, and a (meth)acryl-based polymer containing, as a monomer component, 0.01 to 20% by weight of a reactive surfactant.

    摘要: A liquid film applicator means can apply a photosensitive lyophobic film 18 to a substrate 16. An exposure unit 10 is placed on the back side of the substrate and forms the lyophobic film applied on the substrate into a pattern in alignment with gate electrodes 13. A dropping unit 55 drops a test liquid to a surface of the substrate having a pattern of the lyophobic film formed by the exposure means. A measuring means 58 detects the droplet dropped by the dropping unit. A determining means determines whether the pattern of the lyophobic film formed by the exposure means is proper or not based on the droplet detected by the detecting means.

    摘要: An active matrix display device using a thin film transistor as a switching element in the displaying portion or driving portion is characterized in that said thin film transistor includes an insulating substrate on which a gate electrode, a gate insulating film, a semiconductor layer, a drain electrode, a source electrode and a passivation film are successively laminated. The thin film transistor is further characterized such that the surface portion of the semiconductor layer on the side of the passivation film is porous, which enables the device to be stably driven with a low off-current even in the case of disposing an organic passivation film and a picture element electrode on the thin film transistor.
