    摘要: An Nd-Ba-Cu-O bulk superconductor includes oxide including metallic elements of neodymium (Nd), barium (Ba) and copper (Cu), and has a structure in which fine particles of Nd.sub.4 Ba.sub.2 Cu.sub.2 O.sub.10 (i.e., Nd422) are dispersed uniformly in crystalline grains of NdBa.sub.2 Cu.sub.3 O.sub.x (i.e., Nd123). It is produced by preparing a mixture powder in which an Nd123 powder and an Nd422 powder are present uniformly, thermally treating the mixture powder in a temperature range where the Nd123 powder melts partially at least but the Nd422 powder hardly melts, and gradually cooling the partially melted mixture powder in a temperature range around a solidifying point of the Nd123 powder. It exhibits an enhanced magnetic-field-trapping capability in the regions of low magnetic field, because of the pinning effect resulting from the fine particles of Nd422 dispersed uniformly in the crystalline grains of Nd123.

    摘要: A parking brake foot pedal is pivoted to a bracket, and is formed with a ratchet plate portion. A pawl is engaged with the ratchet so as to hold the parking brake in the applied condition. A release lever is pivoted to the bracket so that it displaces the pawl away from the ratchet when it is pulled by a release structure. A resin bush is attached to the release lever at a position remote from its pivoting point. The bush has a hole through it which is narrowest at its middle portion and opens out towards its ends. A release cable passes through this hole in the bush, and on its end there is fixed a stop member larger than the internal diameter of the hole in the bush. Thereby, the end of the release cable is flexibly coupled to the release lever, so as not to be subject to severe bending stress when the release cable is pulled and rotates the release lever so as to displace the pawl away from the ratchet and release the application of the parking brake.

    摘要: Disclosed is a voltage non-linear resistor comprising a sintered body composed mainly of zinc oxide, said sintered body including confronting main faces and a face side face connecting the main faces to each other, which has the side face coated with a coating glass layer containing barium oxide. The coating glass layer comprises 40 to 85% by weight of lead oxide, 3 to 25% by weight of boron oxide. 1.5 to 25% by weight of silicon oxide and 0.2 to 15% by weight of barium oxide. The barium oxide acts as a catalyst and exerts a function of completely burning an organic binder at a temperature lower than about 400.degree. C. where the reaction between the organic binder and zinc oxide is not substantially advanced.

    摘要: Disclosed is a non-linear resistor of a sintered ZnO ceramics, which has a glass coating having a baking temperature higher than 850.degree. C. but a temperature lower than the sintering temperature of the sintered ZnO ceramics, and has a composition:(a) 30 to 75% by weight of SiO.sub.2,(b) 0.3 to 15% by weight of at least B.sub.2 O.sub.3 and PbO,(c) 2 to 30% by weight of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3,(d) less than 30% by weight of an alkaline earth metal oxide,(e) less than 40% by weight of ZnO,(f) less than 25% by weight of TiO.sub.2, and(g) less than 5% by weight of an alkali metal oxide.The glass coating baked at a range of 850.degree. C. to 1300.degree. C. provides non-linear resistors having a large non-linear coefficient and a high impulse current resistance as well as a good resistance to an acid and water.
