    摘要: A seal structure for an in-wheel electric motor drive system. The seal structure is used for forming a seal between a first sealed portion (90s) of an output shaft and a second sealed portion (10s) of a housing. The seal structure (1) comprises a dustproof ring (11) and a seal assembly (12). The dustproof ring (11) is used for being fixed to the first sealed portion (90s); the dustproof ring (11) extends radially outwards, so that the dustproof ring (11) and the second sealed portion (10s) form a labyrinth seal structure (1); the seal assembly (12) is used for being fixed to the second sealed portion (10s); and the seal assembly (12) is provided with a plurality of lips extending towards the first sealed portion (90s) and/or the dustproof ring (11), and is used for blocking the communication between the labyrinth seal structure (1) and the interior of an in-wheel electric motor drive system, thereby greatly reducing the probability of the lips of the seal assembly being damaged due to water freezing after same enters the position where the seal assembly is located. Further provided is an in-wheel electric motor drive system comprising the seal structure.

    摘要: According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, provided is a high-output, high-torque in-wheel motor having a power line-taken-out structure. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the in-wheel motor includes a circular rim; a shaft connected to the rim through a center of the rim; a motor assembly including a stator connected to the shaft in the rim and a rotor surrounding the stator and rotated about the stator; a cover coupled to an opening of the rim to block the motor assembly from an outside of the rim; and a bearing contacting and configured to support the shaft. The shaft includes a first shaft body passing through a center of each of the rim and the cover and extending outward; and a second shaft body having a larger diameter than a diameter of the first shaft body and disposed between the stator and the bearing. A power line for supplying power to the motor assembly is inserted in a radial direction of the second shaft body between the stator and the bearing and is taken out in a longitudinal direction of the second shaft body. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, even when a diameter of the power line is increased to achieve the high-output, high torque performance of the in-wheel motor, structural rigidity of the shaft may not be degraded.

The housing comprises a housing body covering an outer circumferential part of the stator, and a housing lid part attached to one end side of the housing body. The stator comprises a stator core having a plurality of teeth, and a stator coil mounted on the stator core, and the stator coil has a plurality of windings wound onto the plurality of teeth, and a crossover wire connecting at least two of the plurality of windings. The crossover wire comprises an insertion mechanism that is provided to the housing lid part and electrically connects end parts of the windings and an end part of the crossover wire through insertion contact.
