摘要: A seal structure for an in-wheel electric motor drive system. The seal structure is used for forming a seal between a first sealed portion (90s) of an output shaft and a second sealed portion (10s) of a housing. The seal structure (1) comprises a dustproof ring (11) and a seal assembly (12). The dustproof ring (11) is used for being fixed to the first sealed portion (90s); the dustproof ring (11) extends radially outwards, so that the dustproof ring (11) and the second sealed portion (10s) form a labyrinth seal structure (1); the seal assembly (12) is used for being fixed to the second sealed portion (10s); and the seal assembly (12) is provided with a plurality of lips extending towards the first sealed portion (90s) and/or the dustproof ring (11), and is used for blocking the communication between the labyrinth seal structure (1) and the interior of an in-wheel electric motor drive system, thereby greatly reducing the probability of the lips of the seal assembly being damaged due to water freezing after same enters the position where the seal assembly is located. Further provided is an in-wheel electric motor drive system comprising the seal structure.

摘要: According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, provided is a high-output, high-torque in-wheel motor having a power line-taken-out structure. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the in-wheel motor includes a circular rim; a shaft connected to the rim through a center of the rim; a motor assembly including a stator connected to the shaft in the rim and a rotor surrounding the stator and rotated about the stator; a cover coupled to an opening of the rim to block the motor assembly from an outside of the rim; and a bearing contacting and configured to support the shaft. The shaft includes a first shaft body passing through a center of each of the rim and the cover and extending outward; and a second shaft body having a larger diameter than a diameter of the first shaft body and disposed between the stator and the bearing. A power line for supplying power to the motor assembly is inserted in a radial direction of the second shaft body between the stator and the bearing and is taken out in a longitudinal direction of the second shaft body. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, even when a diameter of the power line is increased to achieve the high-output, high torque performance of the in-wheel motor, structural rigidity of the shaft may not be degraded.

摘要: A self-energy-storage wheel corner module integrating omni-directional redundant steering and energy regenerative suspension, including a wheel assembly, a suspension system having an unequal-length double wishbone suspension structure, a first steering system, a drive system, a braking system, a second steering system, an energy storage system and an actuator assembly. The first steering system is a primary steering system, and has low steering delay and excellent maneuverability at high speeds. The second steering system is a redundancy of the first steering system, and contributes to the omni-directional steering of the wheel assembly, which enhances the vehicle maneuverability. A motor of the second steering system also functions as another actuation motor of the actuator assembly in an idle state to enable the suppression and energy regeneration of the suspension vibration.

摘要: An in-wheel motor in which a torque will not be applied excessively to a rotor and a wheel, and in which an axial length is reduced. In the in-wheel motor, a rotor is arranged around the stator, and torque is transmitted between a drive member rotated integrally with the rotor and a driven member rotated integrally with a wheel through a transmission member. The transmission member is adapted to allow the drive member and the driven member to rotate relatively to each other when an extraordinary torque is applied to the drive member or the driven member, thereby restricting the torque transmitted between the drive member and the driven member to a predetermined magnitude.

The crossover wire comprises an insertion mechanism that is provided to the housing lid part and electrically connects end parts of the windings and an end part of the crossover wire through insertion contact.

摘要: A brake module (1) of a wheel module (2) has an anchor plate (20) adjacent to a wheel (10) and is indefinitely rotatable about the steering axis (L) with the wheel (10). A lifting unit (30) is fixed adjacent to the anchor plate (20) and fixed about the steering axis (L). A brake wheel (21) is arranged on the wheel shaft (11) and is rotatable about the wheel axis (R) with the wheel (10). At least one transfer element (22, 22′) extends from the anchor plate (20) towards the brake wheel (21). The lifting unit (30) is configured to move the anchor plate (20) from a first state to a second state. In the first state, the elements (20, 30, 22, 22′) are spaced apart without any contact. In the second state, the at least one transfer element (22, 22′) abuts against the brake wheel (21) generating a brake force at the brake wheel (21).

The controller is configured to be communicably coupled to a plurality of actuators of a vehicle that facilitate repositioning a plurality of tractive elements coupled to a chassis of the vehicle. The controller is configured to (i) control the plurality of actuators to selectively reposition each of the plurality of tractive elements through a range of motion to attempt to maintain the chassis level and (ii) drive each of the plurality of actuators toward a mid-stroke position while continuing to attempt to maintain the chassis level and while the vehicle is moving.
