摘要: A method for real-time adjustment of gait training parameter includes steps: (a) collecting the muscle relaxation gait data of the first user measured during gait training in a muscle relaxation state and the active force output gait data of a first user measured during the gait training in the first user's active force output state, and establishing a standard motion model based on the ratio of the first user's active force output gait data to the first user's muscle relaxation gait data; (b) obtaining the muscle relaxation gait data of a second user in a state of muscle relaxation, and estimating the personalized training model by combining the muscle relaxation gait data of the second user with the standard motion model; (c) determining the second user meets the standard of the personalized training model, then adjusting the personalized training model, and providing an auxiliary training model.

摘要: A device for stimulating neurons that includes a stimulation unit that applies mechanically tactile and/or thermal stimuli to the body surface of a patient that stimulate neurons with a pathologically synchronous and oscillatory neural activity. The device includes a measuring unit that records measurement signals of neural activity of the stimulated neurons, and a controller that controls the stimulation unit and analyzes the measurement signals. The controller actuates the stimulation unit to scan at least one part of the body surface of the patient along a path and thereby periodically applies stimuli and also selects two regions or more regions on the patient's body surface along the path where the phase synchronization between the periodic application of the stimuli and the neural activity of the stimulated neurons have a local maximum using the measurement signals. The stimuli are then applied in a delayed manner in the two regions.

摘要: An integrated functional electrical stimulation (FES) system includes a component of a mobility assistance device, and an FES system mounted within the component. The FES system includes an FES stimulator that is embedded within the component, and a plurality of FES jacks that are electrically connected to the FES stimulator and are located on the component. The FES jacks are configured to receive a plurality of FES electrodes, and an electrical stimulation output from the FES stimulator is conducted through the FES jacks to the FES electrodes. In a wireless embodiment, the FES stimulator is configured to wirelessly transmit a control signal for applying an electrical stimulation output to the plurality of FES electrodes, and the FES jacks are eliminated. The FES stimulator may be embedded within a back portion of the hip component of an exoskeleton device, and in the wired embodiment the FES jacks are located on wing portions of the hip component.

摘要: Methods for treating a patient using time varying magnetic field are described. The treatment methods combine various approaches for aesthetic treatment. The methods are focused on enhancing a visual appearance of the patient. In one embodiment, the method is performed by switching on a device which includes a connection to an energy source, an energy storage device, a switching device and a magnetic field generating device including a core, and applying a time-varying field with a maximal value of magnetic flux density derivative of at least 300 T/s to a muscle of the patient. The diameter of the core is up to 80% of an outer diameter of the magnetic field generating device.
