摘要: A position sensor system is useful for monitoring positions of shifters in transmissions and other applications. The position sensing system has an array of magneto resistive sensors and a controller configured to determine a position of a magnet along a path by triangulation. Some embodiments are relatively insensitive to fluctuations in a distance between the sensors and the path. Also described is an actuating assembly comprising a movable cylinder and a fixed rod. The actuating assembly may be applied for moving synchronizers or the like in power transmissions.

摘要: A drive-train for a vehicle with at least one electric drive, which can be coupled via a driveshaft (2) to at least a first transmission ratio stage (i1) and a second transmission ratio stage (i2). At least one shifting mechanism is provided for engaging the transmission ratio stages (i1, i2). To carry out powershifts, the shifting mechanism includes at least one interlocking shifting element (5) and at least one frictional shifting element (6, 6A). Each of the transmission ratio stages (i1, i2) can be engaged by the interlocking shifting element (5) and at least one of the transmission ratio stages (i2) can be engaged both by the interlocking shifting element (5) and by the frictional shifting element (6). Methods for carrying out a powershift, between a frictional shifting element (6, 6A) and an interlocking shifting element (5) in the drive-train, are also disclosed.

摘要: A control unit in a work vehicle executes an automatic downshift for shifting a transmission from a current speed range to a speed range that is lower than the current speed range when at least a first condition, a second condition, a third condition, and a fourth condition are satisfied. The first condition is that an operating amount of an accelerator operating member of the work vehicle is equal to or greater than a predetermined accelerator threshold. The second condition is that a vehicle speed of the work vehicle is less than a predetermined speed threshold. The third condition is that a vehicle acceleration of the work vehicle is equal to or less than a predetermined acceleration threshold. The fourth condition is that that the hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic fluid supplied to a brake device of the work vehicle is less than a predetermined brake threshold.

摘要: A transmission reverser for reversing a direction of an output gear carried by an output shaft includes a reverse shaft, a reverse clutch mounted about the reverse shaft and having engaged and disengaged conditions, and a reverse disconnect synchronizer mounted about the reverse shaft and having engaged and disengaged conditions. When the reverse clutch and the reverse disconnect synchronizer are in the engaged conditions, the reverse shaft rotates the output gear in a reverse direction of rotation opposite a direction of rotation of the output shaft. When the reverse disconnect synchronizer is in the disengaged condition, the reverse clutch is disconnected from the output gear.

摘要: A method of controlling a transmission of an electric vehicle of the present disclosure includes: applying a driving force to an actuator of a synchronizer by means of a controller such that the synchronizer is disengaged from a current gear stage, when a power-on shifting instruction to shift from the current gear stage to a desired gear stage is given; engaging a servo-clutch by means of the controller such that torque is transmitted from an input shaft to an output shaft through a servo-gear unit, after the applying of a driving force; and disengaging the synchronizer from the current gear stage using a driving force of the actuator, when torque of the current gear stage is switched to the servo-gear unit, after the engaging of the servo-clutch.

摘要: A vehicle transmission has a continuously variable speed change mechanism provided between an input shaft to which a torque output by a driving force source is transmitted and an output shaft from which a torque is output to a driving wheel. The transmission is able to selectively block torque transmission between the mechanism and the output shaft. The mechanism is rotated by the driving force source with torque transmission between the mechanism and the output shaft blocked. A control apparatus limits a shifting speed of the mechanism to or below an upper-limit speed determined in advance in a case where a speed ratio of the mechanism is changed with the mechanism rotated by the driving force source that is subjected to idling rotational speed control, while the mechanism is blocked from the output shaft such that no torque is transmitted between the mechanism and the output shaft.

摘要: A method for selecting a gear ratio for a driveline of vehicle is provided. The method comprises gathering information relating to one or more parameters associated with the vehicle and anticipating, based on the gathered information, an occurrence of an event relating to the vehicle for which a change in driveline gear ratio is needed. The method further comprises identifying a suitable driveline gear ratio for the anticipated event, generating a command signal representative of a request to change the gear ratio of the driveline to the identified gear ratio, and communicating the command signal to a driveline subsystem of the vehicle. A system comprising an electronic control unit configured to perform the method is also provided.
