摘要:
Methods and devices for forming a vertically-oriented multilayer laminates, for example, a vertically-oriented multilayer laminates, are provided. The laminates may be fabricated by hardenable fluids, for example, polymers that are directed along flow paths to divide, repossession, and combine streams to provide the desired laminated structure. The flow divisions and recombination may be practiced repeatedly wherein laminates have tens or even tens of thousands of individual layers may be produced. The polymers used may have comparable viscosities, for example, having viscosity ratios of less than 3. Though aspects of the invention may be used packaging, aspects of the invention may be applied to any field where laminated structures are desired.

The invention provides a natural fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin injection molding having an excellent ability to discharge static electricity. The natural fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin injection molding is obtained by injection-molding with using natural fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin pellets as a molding feedstock containing natural fibers as reinforcing fibers, has a natural fiber content of from 20 to 60 wt %. The natural fibers have an average length of from 1.5 to 4.0 mm. The natural fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin injection molding has an electrostatic voltage half-life, as determined by the half-life measurement method specified in JIS L 1094, of less than 40 seconds.

A stretchable elastic laminate including at least one nonwoven fabric layer, and at least one elastomeric material extruded as a melt onto a major surface of the nonwoven fabric to form an elastic layer bonded to the surface of the nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric layer has first and second bonding zones formed on the surface thereof, which have first and second bonding strengths. The elastic layer is bonded to the surface of the nonwoven fabric such that the elastic layer forms a stronger bond with the first bonding zone on the surface of the nonwoven than the bond formed between the elastic layer and the second bonding zone on the surface of the nonwoven. The lightly bonded areas of the elastic laminate provide increased elongation in the cross direction and improved recovery after stretch, while the more strongly bonded areas provide adhesive strength. Also disclosed is a method of forming a stretchable laminate having increased elongation and improved recovery after stretch.

Provided are a method of bonding resin materials for bonding a resin material (X) containing an oxymethylene-based polymer (A) and a resin material (Y), and a structure obtained by the bonding method. The method includes the steps of: preparing as the resin material (Y) an oxymethylene-based polymer composition (B) satisfying the following conditions (1) and (2); or preparing as the resin material (Y) the resin material (X) or another resin material and providing the oxymethylene-based polymer composition (B) between the resin material (Y) and the resin material (X); and heating the resin materials: (1) the oxymethylene-based polymer composition (B) has a melting point lower than that of the oxymethylene-based polymer (A), and a difference in melting point between the composition and the polymer is smaller than 5° C.; and (2) 50% or more of a peak area determined from a peak showing the molten state of the oxymethylene-based polymer composition (B) measured by DSC is present in a temperature region lower than the peak temperature of the oxymethylene-based polymer (A) by 5° C. or more.
