摘要: Provided is a surface-treated steel sheet including: a steel sheet; and a corrosion-resistant film layer formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet. The corrosion-resistant film layer includes a product formed by a hydrolysis reaction of silica and an alkoxy silane and an acrylate-based polymer, comprises 25 to 65 wt % of carbon (C), 20 to 70 wt % of silicon (Si), and 1 to 40 wt % of oxygen (O), and in the corrosion-resistant film layer, a ratio of silicon (Si) to oxygen (O) (Si—O bonding) and silicon (Si) to carbon (C) (Si—C bonding) is 80 to 95 wt %:5 to 20 wt %.

摘要: The methods is provided for 3D-printing a polymeric scaffold which can have a large cross-sectional area, but can be porous, such that the printed portion of the scaffold has features with dimensions that allow rapid resin recoating without the mechanical assistance of a recoating blade. This 3D-printed scaffold can then be immersed in a polymeric precursor (e.g., comprising monomers and/or oligomers) that flows into and is retained in the scaffold. Excess polymeric precursor can be removed (e.g., washed) from the exterior of the scaffold. The entrained polymeric precursor can then be polymerized to create a polymeric object. The polymeric object can have a large cross-sectional area, a high bulk density, and other desirable properties. The other properties can be achieved by having two intertwined but not homogenously mixed polymers that each have their individual properties, but work to impart desirable properties on the polymeric object as a whole.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to multi-layered elastomer-based liners. In at least one embodiment, a coated substrate includes a substrate and a first elastomer coating disposed on the substrate. The first elastomer coating is substantially free of sulfur and includes a first elastomer selected from the group consisting of a polyurea, a polyurethane, a polyurea-polyurethane copolymer, and combinations thereof. The coated substrate includes a second elastomer coating disposed on the first coating. The second elastomer coating includes a second elastomer selected from the group consisting of a polyurea, a polyurethane, a polyurea-polyurethane copolymer, and combinations thereof. The first elastomer is the same as or different than the second elastomer and at least one of the first elastomer or the second elastomer is a polyurea-polyurethane copolymer.

摘要: A process for producing a sealed stitched skin structure including the steps of: (a) providing a stitched skin member; (b) providing an aqueous thermoplastic polyolefin dispersion sealant coating composition; (c) applying the aqueous thermoplastic polyolefin dispersion sealant coating composition from step (a) to at least a portion of the surface of at least one side of the skin member to form a wet film or coating of the thermoplastic polyolefin dispersion sealant coating composition on the surface of the skin member; (d) drying the wet coating from step (c) on the skin member surface; and (e) heating the dried skin member from step (d) at a temperature sufficient to form a film or coating of the aqueous thermoplastic polyolefin dispersion sealant coating composition on the stitches of the seam in the skin member; wherein the film or coating seals the stitches in the skin member; a sealed stitched skin structure made by the process above; and a polyurethane foamed article.

摘要: A golf ball includes one or more coating layer on a golf ball surface having a plurality of dimples thereon. At least one coating layer is formed of a two-component curable urethane coating composition having a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component, which polyol component is an acrylic polyol or a polyester polyol. The coating composition contains less than 5 wt % of polyurethane particles, relative to base resin solids within the composition. The coating layer formed on the ball surface suppresses coating sag, improves the film thickness edge ratio between the film thickness at the middle portion and the film thickness at edge portions of the dimples, and has an improved scuff resistance, peel resistance and marking protective effect.
