摘要: An impedance of a power supply wire is calculated based on design data of a semiconductor integrated circuit, a frequency characteristic of the calculated impedance is obtained, and a design of the semiconductor integrated circuit is changed based on the obtained frequency characteristic. As the above-described impedance, an impedance between power supplies that are different in potential such as a power supply and a ground may be calculated, or an impedance between power supplies that are substantially the same in potential such as a power supply and an N-well power supply may be calculated. By a design modification, a wiring method, the number of pads, separation of power supplies, a type of package, a characteristic of an inductance element, a substrate structure, a distance between wires, a decoupling capacitance, a length of a wire, and a characteristic of a resistance element, for example, are changed.

摘要: The present invention allows both the advantages of a metallic housing and those of a synthetic resin structure to be exhibited in electronic devices, home electrical devices, etc., and achieves high productivity and mass productivity and further enables a desired configuration and structure to be designed freely. As a pretreatment, a shaped aluminum alloy material is dipped in an aqueous solution of at least one selected from the group consisting of ammonia, hydrazine, and a water-soluble amine compound. A thermoplastic resin composition containing polyphenylene sulfide as a component is integrally bonded to the surface of the treated shaped aluminum alloy material by injection molding or other method. The molded article is a product made of the shaped aluminum alloy material and the thermoplastic resin composition containing PPS. Thus, the characteristic features of metal can be utilized in terms of mechanical strength and external appearance design. Moreover, a complicated configuration and structure can be formed inside the housing.

摘要: The present invention provides a flexible suction body and method of its use for temporarily immobilizing a local area of tissue during surgery or a diagnostic procedure. The invention device and method are particularly well suited for immobilizing a local area of heart tissue to thereby permit surgery, for example, minimally invasive or micro-surgery, on a coronary vessel without significant deterioration of the pumping function of the beating heart. The invention suction device, which is coupled to a vacuum source, has a ring- or horseshoe-shaped suction channel with a flexible, spreadable outer rim that flattens and spreads outwardly against the surface of the treatment site as air is withdrawn from the suction channel. This design distributes the pressure of the suction body against the treatment site while maximizing the suction field to minimize bruising and suction hemorrhage at the treatment site caused by the suction body. In one embodiment, the suction body is sized for attachment to the tip of a hollow endoscopic catheter, with the hole in the center of the suction body being mounted around the periphery of the hollow catheter tip and allowing for passage from the catheter into the treatment site of a needle, or trocar for injecting materials such as drugs or genetic constructs into the treatment site or for piercing a treatment site, such as a solid tumor, to remove fluid or tissue therefrom for diagnosis. The suction body is preferably manufactured of a soft, compliant material, such as an elastomeric polymer, to conform to the surface of the heart and may be contoured in overall shape to further enhance its conformation to a contoured surface, such as the surface of the heart.

摘要: A piezoelectric film-type element includes a piezoelectric operating layer constructed by successively and integrally forming and stacking, on a ceramic substrate, a single flat film-shaped lower electrode, a piezoelectric layer, and an upper electrode comprising a plurality of alternately arranged strip electrodes. The lower electrode is designated as a first electrode, and the upper electrode is designated as a second electrode. A first piezoelectric operating means is constructed by the first and second electrodes and the piezoelectric layer, while a second piezoelectric operating means is constructed by the second electrode and the piezoelectric layer. No other piezoelectric layer is stacked on the foregoing piezoelectric operating layer. Operating characteristics of the piezoelectric operating section can be sufficiently utilized by constructing the piezoelectric film-type element as described above. Thus it is possible to provide a piezoelectric film-type element which has excellent performance, has a compact size and can operate at a low voltage.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for detecting antigen-antibody reaction are disclosed in which a predetermined antigen or antibody is made to attach to the surface of an oscillator and the oscillator is immersed in the specimen blood so as to cause antigen-antibody reaction on the surface thereof. The oscillator is then made to oscillate and the amount of antibody or antigen attaching to the surface of the oscillator is determined in accordance with the data concerning the oscillation of the oscillator.
